Worked really well, it has definitely made a different to the sound, I also covered the chains in foam pipe covering from wickes pretty much silent now, brilliant buy.

Perfect solution for my heavy bag
The way I've installed my punch bag is using a cross section of 2x3" stud across the top of the roof trusses (not recommended). I was getting lots of vibrations as the shock from the punches was rattling the entire garage structure. This simple spring has elevated all my problems I was encountering without me having to over-engineer something a lot more substantial! Excellent. Definitely recommend if you're got a similar issue.

Amazing
Never used a spring before for my heavy bag and now I regret I didn’t get one sooner. This spring is tuff and works awesome. It makes bag workouts so much better. Bag is smooth and doesn’t bounce or spin around. I have a 110lbs Title pro bag and this spring is amazing for it. If you have a heavy bag you have to get this ! I will always have one now and the company makes the BEST springs. Get yours asap and start punching out !!!!

Materiel de qualité, a mon avis indestructible , sachant qu'il soutient un sac de frappe de 50kg sans broncher. Fait son office, autrement dit, evite au sac de trop se balancer et amorti les chocs sur les sangles et la fixation au plafond.
