Juno Blu "Calistoga" Breast Pump Bag, Charcoal Grey

I bought this bag first and foremost for the looks and second for the back and forth toting of my breast pump to work and home. I just wanted one bag, so wanted to use as a purse for the same purpose. I admire the quality and heavy duty material. I also loved how many pockets were available and that it came with a dust bag and additional smaller bag for things that are wet/soiled/etc. However, I am displeased with enough things that I decided to return it and resume my search for the perfect bag. First off, the zippers would constantly get stuck either with the interior beautiful satin blue fabric, or just within its own teeth track. I had to fiddle with it more times than not and was especially careful not to damage the fabric, so sometimes it took awhile to zip/unzip. You shouldn't have to think about this! Another con was that while it indeed fit my Spectra S1, it was a tight enough squeeze that it was a pain to get in and out when I needed to charge it. There was no way I could fit anything else in that side pocket. While the handles were again, nice quality and heavy duty, it just didn't fit comfortable on my shoulder if I had much else on it other than the pump and a few other small things like a wallet, checkbox, etc,. I had to keep my medela bottles and cooler on the top of the inside, which had me needing to zip up the top piece that normally can fold over. This made it almost impossible to keep on my shoulder and it hurt after awhile. Not very efficient to carry while full. I'm 5'9" with a long torso so I can't imagine this working for someone short and stout. To boot, it was heavy. Not sure on the weight, but I suppose that's what you get for buying a bag with a heavier material (normally I wouldn't think this to be good, but not combined with the handle comfort). And last but not least, I agree with another reviewer that for the price of this bag, you shouldn't be finding random strings, etc.! There was a piece of the insulation of the handle sticking off to the side. Not very neat/proper.

I spent a lot of time researching pump bags before ordering this. I needed something relatively professional looking but still durable and useful. This bag fits the bill - it looks nice and fits my pump (medela PISA) easily. It also makes pumping setup/teardown at work much faster. I recently traveled with it and was able to fit my wallet, sunglasses, laptop and charger, phones and chargers, a sweater, and a water bottle in the bag along with my pump. Finally, I was happy to see that the reusable zipper pouch and two small ice packs were included with the bag.All of that said, I think there could be improvements. I can't fit my pump parts in this bag along with my wallet, and the insulated side pocket for milk doesn't really fit anything when you have items in the larger bag compartment. This makes it slightly less practical for me when I travel, though the bag still works well for day-to-day at the office. For $169 I'd like to have something a little more versatile. I was also a little disappointed with the quality - there's loose strings coming out of one of the straps and marks that look like pen on the inside lining of the bag. Again, for the price I'd expect slightly more polish there. Overall, though, it's a good bag and would be a great choice for someone that just needed a bag for to-and-from work.

After 5 months mine fell apart. It was very poorly made although nice looking (I got many compliments). Very disappointed in the quality given the price point. It's finally unusable and I will need a new bag to finish pumping for my twins.
