These are absolutely perfect cups. I love how they come in packs of 4, it’s much needed for my toddler! The straws don’t fall out, the silicone cover protects from dents and looks cute, and the size is easy for her to hold (though she likes picking them up by the straw). They completely come apart for a full, easy cleaning—no hidden cracks for mold to hide! The keywords in the title fit better than what the description says—these are spill resistant, definitely not leak proof. They can be knocked over and picked up with just a few drops spilled. But if they were turned upside down, you’re going to have a lot spill out. They are definitely not for the crib. Overall I love these and will be grabbing more colors in the future.

These cups aren’t perfect, but they do the job I bought them for. My 15-month-old would drink water out of every cup imaginable, but milk only out of a bottle. I read somewhere that perhaps the smell of milk was off-putting and to try a cup with a straw. Most of the straw sippy cups require biting and then sucking hard, so I was looking for a regular straw. We quit the bottle cold turkey. She got used to the cup in a day or two, it took a few days to get her to hold it upright herself without turning it upside down, and a couple weeks to teach her to set it down upright. We’ve had these cups several weeks now, and while they aren’t perfect, I’m happy with the results. Pros: - The straws have a stopper so they can’t be pulled out. This was the first thing my daughter tried to do when I handed her the cup. She also still picks it up by the straw sometimes, so this is a necessity in my opinion! - Easy to hold. If your child is young, I’d recommend getting the pack with the sleeves. I think it would be difficult to hold without them. - Fairly leakproof. When tipped, it leaks only through the straw, and fairly slowly. If it’s less than half full, it doesn’t leak at all. - Easy to clean. It came with a straw cleaner. I’ll forget to dump the leftover milk before going to bed, and it’s been easy to clean smelly old milk out of. The stainless steel is incredibly easy to clean. There are no ridiculous small parts to clean like a sippy cup. - Cute colors and designs! Cons: - When dropped into a hard floor such as tile, I’ve had the top pop off and spill an entire cup of milk! Thankfully, I have dogs who are willing to help clean up spilled milk, and my toddler is more of the “set it down somewhere random” type than the dropping type. - It does leak a little; a steady drip through the straw. This was a problem before my daughter learned to set it down properly. It’s still a problem because my dogs have learned what’s inside and will knock it over. - If I fill it too full, it bubbles up through the straw hole... just don’t fill it to the brim.

*** Update July 2022 *** Still have these, they're still in perfect condition and they're used daily. Shockingly, we haven't lost any sealing rings yet. Still recommending them to people too, fab little cups. I really, really love these cups. I got the stainless steel because I have a toddler and she often "drops" things from her highchair, or chucks stuff through the railing on our deck. etc. Toddlers are menaces. They're also great for my 7 year old, the lids are easy on/off so he can fill the cups himself. We mostly use for water and smoothies. I have also used with the flat lids as snack cups and they're great. And again, because steel I don't worry they'll get smashed when thrown in our park bag or wherever. The straw stopper is fantastic, my toddler pulls straws and throws them, which, when covered with smoothie is just annoying. She can't with these. However, she CAN use her little toddler fingers to poke the straws down inside the cup under the lid. But, because the lids are cafe style, I now just don't give her the straw and she can still drink easily. Had I gotten one of the other brands with the typical hole-in-the-middle lid it would basically be useless to me at this stage. I also love that the lids and sleeves fit any 8oz mason jar, yay versatility. I've recommended these to friends, and, once the other colours I want come back in stock I'll buy another set. We often have cousins over and these cups are so great because everyone knows which colour is theirs, very helpful. I find them easy to clean. The sleeves slide off well in warm soapy water, the straws I clean with a straw cleaner. The sealing ring on the lids comes on/off fine. It's mildly annoying because it's very thin so it's more fiddly than say, the thicker ones on some of our water bottles, but not a big deal. I wish there were a couple extra rings because I imagine some will get lost over time. But overall this is one of my favourite kid purchases.

These have been so handy for giving my toddlers milk, water or snacks (using the snack lid). The only gripe I have about it is that the silicone gasket/sealing ring fits loosely in the lid and is easily misplaced. Also, the drink will come flying out if the kid shakes it vigorously as they do! Despite this, I would buy these again. They are so handy and I love that they are stainless steel.

I actually like these cups. It’s super easy to use and the kids love to mix and match the colors. I also like the fact that it comes with a lid. It makes this a great option to store fruits or snacks. Overall highly recommend for those who are looking for sturdiness, stainless steel.

I love this product so much! I was looking for safer drink options for my 13 month old after reading an eye opening article about the potential health risks associated with plastics and some plastic substitutes. I contemplated several different options, but none seemed to look as cute or be as free from toxins as the Elk and Friends products. My main goal was that the vessel that hold her water is either stainless steel or glass. This does have a plastic lid, but I’m ok with that. I went back and forth between getting the glass or stainless steel. I ended up getting the stainless steel set. The sleeves and lids fit an 8oz jelly jar perfectly, so I was able to try that out as well. The moment I opened the box I was immediately impressed and obsessed! Excellent quality and really cute! My daughter drops (throws) her drinks frequently and we have hard wood floors. My husband was worried that even though they had sleeves on them that they’d still dent our floors, but it hasn’t happened yet and I don’t think it will! They also really help her keep a grip on it. The only downside for us is that when it does fall or tip over, water will come out the straw. Not a big deal, just some extra cleanup involved. I plan on ordering the glass mason jar set and some larger ones to use myself! I highly recommend this product and company! You won’t be disappointed!

I am in love of these cups! Pros: No smell, durable high quality silicone straws and sleeves. Kids friendly bright colors. Very cute design. Perfect size for little hands. The straw size is not too narrow not too wide- perfect for both smoothies and water. I love the stopper in the middle! Finally the straws stay in! I also love that the inner rubber ring and the sleeve can be take apart and washed thoroughly. Cons: Not 100% leak proof. Kids over 4 yr might feel the cup is bit small but perfect for my 3 yr olds. I had hard time finding small cups suitable for little kids tiny hands and I am glad I found these. See the attached picture for size comparison.
