The clock shipped in great packaging and everything was in perfect condition and in tact. The most difficulty was understanding the instructions to install the hands. They lack in providing details. If you are careful and don't apply too much pressure, the hands stay in place. Overall the clock keeps accurate time, is completely silent, and looks great on the wall. Thinking about purchasing another for my room considering how quiet the clock is.

EDIT 3: once again doesn’t work. Giving up now, this is just a crappy product! EDIT 2: merchant contacted me, sent me a new clock. This one works! EDIT 1: I revise my positive review. A month later and this clock does not keep accurate time. Do not recommend, it's garbage. --- Looks great and is true to the photos -- a little difficult to read the hours/minute hands but the photo shows that the colors are dark and that's just the design, so just be aware of that. Happy with purchase

The wall clock is simple and super chic in looks. Enhances the look of the living room instantly. Not too much on the face and blends with the decor and brings the living room together. Would recommend this product totally.

EDIT: I can’t stress it enough, this clock will stop working after a year. I have gone and bought a different clock. This clock is way too expensive to break this quickly. For a relatively expensive clock I am disappointed that it does not tell time accurately anymore. Over the past couple weeks I’ve noticed the time on this clock lagging behind my all my other clocks in my home. At first I thought it was the battery, so I changed it - twice. Still, over time the clock starts to lag again. It would be 3:30 and the clock shows 3:20. It’s very frustrating because I can’t ask for a replacement anymore and probably just need to get a new clock. I would avoid this.

Great looking clock. Materials arent plastic, they have a nice look and feel to them. Unfortunately the minute hand on mine was loose (probably from shipping) and would not move past the 6:00 o clock. Hit refund, another on on its way. However, It is much nicer then what you would get at walmart or the dollar store.

The clock is beautiful. very sleek and looks great!!! Keeps perfect time.

This clock stopped working 4-5 months after I got it: I changed the batteries multiple times thinking it might be the batteries, it works but falls behind (pithing a day or two it's behind over an hour or so). I wanted to take it apart and see if I can fix it myself, but there are no screws on the back (everything seems to be glued) so I can't even disassemble it to fix it. Buy another clock if you want it to show you actual time.
