Are these shoes breathable, similar to sports shoes able to absorb sweat?

No these shoes are not like not at all like a sport shoe. They are not breathable, but they are very comfortable. I wear them for playing Taiko.

I usually wear a size 10.5 US / would you recommend getting the size 10 or 11 ?

I'm usually an 11, bought the 11 and it was a bit big, especially on top around the ankle.

Would this tabi be good for agility training outdoors, on grass or concrete? Is it secure enough in the foot to be stable for jumping and landing?

Hi, this Matsuri Jog has thin rubber outsole (aprox. 7 mm) plus insole 4 mm sponge laminated with fabric, also 6mm heel sponge. therefore it's enough cushion and good for training. And also, rubber outsole is flexible and stable for jumping and landing such like a Parkour, Rock Climbing, Ninja Worriers, etc.

Do these run large if i wear a 12 should i get a 11 or 11.5?

Hi, To get the right size, measure both feet (they're not always the same!) from the heel to the tip of the big toe. Drawing an outline on a sheet of paper is one good way to do this. This size plus 0.5cm and rounded up to the nearest half centimeter is the size you should order, making any allowances for thick/thin socks if you plan to wear them. Please follow these instructions and give us your foot size in cm. The size conversion to US size might not be 100% precise enough.
