Reasonable price & I tend to take more than needed. That said - have not suffered of late from Gluten issues

I live on these things. I’m not celiac, but gluten makes me extremely bloated. I’ve tried gluten removed wheat starch and had been fine, so it’s definitely the gluten not the FODMAPs in wheat. I LOVE wheat though, and I’m cheap so I hate buying expensive GF food that isn’t half as good as the real thing. I use these just about every day now. This supplement is amazing. I will try to see if only 1 pill does the trick to help stretch the bottle a bit. I wish it came in a larger bottle for less $ per dose.
