Changed my life!
I used to have terrible bloating, cramping and indigestion after eating food but I've bought this at least 3 or 4 times now... let me tell you, this has completely changed my quality of life. Over time, and it's been almost 6 months now, I can eat without taking the pill and I don,t get that heavy bloated feeling, and I have a much better gut health.

1st line of defence for acid reflux
This is always my first choice if I start to suffer from acid reflux which is not normal for me. It saves from using over the counter medications or prescription for proto pump inhibitors.

Very needed and works great!
Very very helpful reducing my SIBO symptoms due to low stamach acid and activating better my bile so I have less fat malabsorption. If my gut is not repaired I might need this all life after I heal my SIBO as it will prevent SIBO relapse as it process the foid better and kills bad bacteria

Has really helped with my digestion. Good with a protein rich meal to break it down. Has noticeably reduced the amount of bloating and burping i used to get when food was not breaking down properly for me.

Excellent Quality but the shell is thick
I like this product a lot. Good generous dosage. I do feel that the capsule shell is too thick and I suspect it takes too long to dissolve and release in my stomach!! I think it is important for it to release quickly in the stomach. So I am a bit perplexed that it feels like something is stuck in my stomach when I take it. But I also feel that it is very good quality inside... the after effects I can tell is good. So the actual Betaine HCL inside the capsule appears to be of excellent - maybe even better quality than my previous experiences.
