Good quality and really works

I run about 30+ to 50+ miles a week and I am in my early 60's. I've been able to maintain a certain weight, but no matter my exercise level the love handles would just not shrink. But now taking 2-4 grams of this product per day I have seen excellent results and actually have lost not only some inches but weight without changing anything. Highly recommend trying. Yes, the pill size is big. There are liquid forms of L-Carnitine available. Worth trying.

This product gives You the energy You need for training Hard and it helps You lose weight. I highly recommend it.

I think this is the greatest value for a vitamin of its type. Because everywhere else, this is more expensive. And they use one of the most finely sourced ingredients to make it. Excellent value.

Great Product!

I’ve been taking supplements for 2.5 months (a little over 10 weeks) after getting horrible news of my very high cholesterol. A small change in my diet to limit red meat to once every other week, eating only lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish), increasing fiber, and supplementing as seen below massively lowered my cholesterol. Cholesterol tested 12-14-2017 was: • Cholesterol = 262 mg/dL (normal is 100-199) • Triglycerides = 134 • HDL Cholesterol = 53 • LDL Cholesterol = 182 (normal is 0-99) Cholesterol Tested 3-15-2018 was: • Cholesterol = 197 mg/dL (normal is 100-199) (WENT DOWN 65 POINTS!) • Triglycerides = 106 • HDL Cholesterol = 49 • LDL Cholesterol = 127 (normal is 0-99) (WENT DOWN 55 POINTS!)
