Nike Structured Training Belt

I had a friend that recommended this. I bought it immediately and loved it! It gives me the perfect amount of support without making me feel weak. It fits great and is sturdy, there is no slip to it.It has helped my posture during squats tremendously. With more weight I would tend to lean forward with bad form. The belt helped me stay back on my heels and use my legs rather than hurting my back! I also like to use it during leg press if I have more weight than usual!

Extremely ergonomical. I like the ability to cinch it up as tightly as I like via the loop buckle. I love the look and design of the belt. I have a bad back and I wear it sometimes when I am not working out for support. I am very pleased with it during exercise. Great belt.

This would have been a 5 star purchase if the sizing had been correct. It claims that size small will fit 24"-30" but I am 28" and it is too small. The velcro just barely touched when pulled taut around my waist, and there is no way it would have held while lifting; add another inch and it would not catch at all. Sadly I have to return it, and Amazon does not have it available in size medium, so I guess I will have to find it elsewhere =( Too bad because it is super lightweight and I think would have been very comfortable to wear while lifting if the sizing had been correct. I can't claim that the sizing will be like this on the other sizes, but I would say if your waist is more than 26", better go with a medium.

Seems like it would have been a nice belt, but I wouldn't know, I never got to try it out. Here's the thing, I'm a 33 waist, I can wear 34, but 32 is a little tight. I've been this size for a while, figured that probably wouldn't change too much, so I bought a medium (which I was told would be good up to a 36" waist). Boy was I wrong, there was no possible way I was going to fit into this belt. Matter of fact, it was so far off that I decided to simply get a refund since I didn't know if the large would fit or if I would need an extra large. I wanted to avoid this game of sending multiple belts back, that's just a headache, I'll just find one in a store somewhere.. I gave it three stars simply because the item did seem like it would be good, the quality seemed up to par, and it seemed like it might be comfortable, but once again, I'm only guessing since I never got to use it.

I first bought a Nike belt about 8 years ago... I go to the gym religiously and the belt worked great, longest lasting belt by far but eventually the Velcro could not hold a grip as before and would come loose on occasions so I decided to buy another with no hesitation, the belt is comfortable and as I mentioned before it has a very long lifespan even after constant daily use. I would recommend this belt to anyone that needs back support while training/weight lifting, the price is very fair as well.

I ordered this belt for my husband. He has 36" waist. There are NO MEASUREMENTS listed on this product to know which exact size to get. We first ordered the Large (through Amazon Prime). WAAAAY too big. So, we sent that back, FREE through Amazon Prime. I ordered a Medium and this was the only seller offering that size. I figured, surely it would fit, but still, there are NO MEASUREMENTS on exactly how much a medium measures. It cost me $2.00 in shipping to receive it. Not terrible. HOWEVER, the medium was WAAAAY too small. UGH! So, I request a return label, and low and behold, Sports Outfitters sends me an email saying that I have to pay for return shipping since the measurement is clearly labeled in the product description - IT IS NOT. Now I have to pay to send it back. I'll be out more than $10 for something that never fit and I don't own.PROS: NONECONS: No exact measurements for the sizes, no free returns for wrong size from Sports Outfitters, rude email from Sports Outfitters saying it's my fault I ordered wrong size.After a phone call to Amazon customer service, hopefully, Amazon will do right by me and reimburse me ("make an exception this one time" as she said) for the return shipping, after I ship it back.

The belt was okay but the straps were so long you would have to be extremely large for the velcrow on the belt and the velcrow on the straps to meet because of the length of the strap where the velcrow is.

S war mir viel zu klein, M passt wunderbar auf meine rücken aber klettverschluss an gürtel (gürtel selbst ist lang genug) könnte länger sein.
