Is this a pretty awesome lights for what they were. I ended up picking up some plants on a whim and needed a temporary set up before I got my grow tent and high-quality lights. The base has an adjustable height which makes it pretty easy to get your right level, and the flexible arms are easily manipulatable in multiple dimensions I was even able to twist the strip of lights to get it to point a specific direction once I have the arms in place. The biggest downside I saw was that if erupted the lights will not turn back on their own, so you cannot use an external timer and have to use the built-in timer. It’s a bit confusing at first with the function of the 4, 8, and 12 hour options but once you get The idea that those are hours of darkness it makes a little more sense. The base seems nice and sturdy, and as long as you have the lower legs fully extended it didn’t feel like it would tip over even would you had all four lights bent over far to one side. Best but not last it’s not one of the blue purple lights but a true 5K white spectrum of a grow light my plants were very happy until I got them in a tent purpose and I keep it around just in case emergencies

We have a lemon tree that we have to move inside during the winter. It’s in a (approximately) 10 gallon bucket. The tree requires some sunlight and this portable grow light works very well. We can move the tree anywhere in the house and bring the sunlight with it! The set of lights is on a portable stand that is very sturdy it also has a variable time timer built into the power cord. Great grow light at a reasonable price!

Easy to set up, timer works great, and my plants seem pretty happy with it! Update: so after owning this for a while I'm having to replace it. I couldn't say when I first purchased this light, but now it won't stay on. Something must be wrong with the cable and a wire has to be held at *just* the right angle. I'll turn it on, walk away, then come back a minute later to see it's off despite setting it for 12 hours. Or I'll try to turn it on and it turns on then off, or off the second I put the cord down. I haven't been rough on it or moving it around a lot, my dogs aren't allowed in the room it's in and my cat doesn't go near it, so I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" bit me on this one. Because of the low price and how well the light does work (when it's working) I'm buying another one, but I'm bummed that I have to replace it. I think at the most I've only owned this light for a year before having this problem. If it happens again with my new one I won't be buying again. I do not want to have to replace it every year due to weak/faulty cords. That said, the light remains fantastic for my plants. I have my sun-loving plants under this light instead of under my sky lights because they do better. I've moved it since my first photo to be over my fish tank (now some plants are on top of the fish tank that weren't doing well in other parts of my house due to low sunlight) and my aquatic plants love it. Bonus: my fish tank isn't growing algae from having to keep a window open for natural sunlight like it was before. As far as quality of light goes this is a great choice and your plants will love the spectrum.

Full spectrum grow light with 5 different levels. The tower telescopes for adjustable height. It includes a remote control for easy off/on. Because it is slim, it fits easily in small spaces. I am very p!eased with this nice plant light.

Great light at first. It worked well for a little over a year and then it just stopped working. It was a great adjustable light. Timer was good. Height, size and ease of use was great. Just duralbility was not so good.

Excellent lights!

I got the white light with 4 heads. I am growing lettuces and herbs indoors. have a few issues: One of the bendable cord things attached to one bulb is faulty but I didn’t feel light going through a return since returned amazon merchandise is usually just thrown away and wasted. And the actual bulb works, it’s just super inconvenient. Basically when I try to position it, it resists and bounces back and won’t stay where I try to put it almost at all. Very inconvenient when I’m trying to perfectly position it over a plant. None of the other bulbs do this which makes me think the unit I received is just slightly faulty. The light is not strong at ALL, and only reaches directly under the bulb. The length of the ACTUAL bulb where light comes out is about 9 or 9.5 inches. My planters are 15” long. One bulb over 1 planter does not cover the entire thing of course, but the light isn’t strong enough to illuminate it enough for the plants either. If the bulb is not a couple inches over the plants they get extremely leggy to the point the plants aren’t healthy and easily break. If it’s close enough the the plants so they don’t get very leggy (seriously only 1-3 above the individual plants) only what is directly under the 9 inch length of the bulb grows healthy, everything around it gets too leggy. My fault for purchasing an affordable plant light and not spending more for something of better quality. For these 4 skinny planters one light with 4 bulbs is not strong enough and I’ll have to order a second unit at some point so each planter has 2 bulbs of coverage. I think if you get this unit you absolutely can’t use it on anything that requires full sun unless you plan on having only one tiny plant per bulb. I think it would work pretty decently for plants that require only very little light, some species of orchid for example this light would be great for my paphiopedilum orchids, but then again even dim window light is enough for them lol. If you’re wanting to grow vegetables or lettuce indoors this lamp is probably going to frustrate you and you’ll end up needing more than one unit, again, unless you’ve only got a few small plants that will fit well under about 9 inches in length. I’ll update later on if I need to.
