I would describe as opaque. Hyaluronic acid serum is thinner than Vit C. They also thicken with use, so put tops back on tightly.

what is the level of concentration of this product 15% or 20% ?

The bottle does not tell me; it is the 4th ingredient after water, glycerin, and aloe.
