This call works GREAT, IF you know how to use it.
The other reviewers must not be blowing this call correctly. You have to blow it very hard. It produces an extremely loud and frightening call. I have more fun scaring my friends with it than anything else. This call is great and fun and LOUD...if you use it correctly.

Takes some practice
I bought three Primos hog callers for the season. This one took more work than the other two, to make it sound right. You can't just blow into it, and work the output with your hands, and make it sound right. The other Primos calls took about 5-10 minutes to get familiar with... this one was more like an hour of experimenting. When I finally got the air pressures and vocalizations working right, it was drawing curious hogs. Reviewers that don't like the sound they're getting can send me theirs. I'm glad I bought it. I take all three out, and when one doesn't work, I move and try another. Most times, one works when other get ignored. I gave it four stars because, seriously, Primos should give some detailed instructions with this product in order for hunters to get the most out of it.
