I have been using these sponges for over 46 years, initially to rid myself of blackheads, often suffered by young people. After regular use I have never looked back. My skin has rarely has spots and is smooth and looks young for its age. I realised in recent years that the exfoliating massaging motion probably has stimulated collagen development, which gets slower as you age. The Buf-Puf, although relative expensive compared to some others, lasts far longer so is actually excellent value. I use this now a couple of time a week, compared to 4-5 times when I was younger.

Does a good job in exfoliation. Worth getting

Great product. I buy these now because the ones I used to get from a high street makeup store have been discontinued. It is much rougher than usual 'exfoliating' mitts etc. that you can buy (that don't really exfoliate!) - I use it with my daily foam cleaner about once a week, maybe less, on my T-zone, especially my nose. Tip - cut them in half, through the width of the exfoliator (ie, keep the teardrop shape, but make it thinner). Not difficult to do with a pair of sharp scissors and a few minutes of patience. I find that they are unnecessarily thick, and work just as well when thinner, so this way I get twice as much use from them.

This is a very good product for my slightly oiky skin. It stopped the open pores which nothing else had done, and I can tell when I've used it as my skin looks much better. I used to buy a sponge like this from my local chemist years ago but they stopped stocking them. So I'm glad I've found them again on amazon & will continue to use .

Original name and quality, good for exfoliating but expensive as you now cannot find this original make in shops and have to order from abroad. Still the best though

I was so pleased to find these on Amazon! I’d been using Buf-Pufs since the ‘80s and then they suddenly seemed to vanish, firstly from high street and then online too. I then found a similar, but much inferior version, in a well known high street pharmacy, so I used those for a while, until they too seemed to disappear. I then came across the OG, the Buf-Buf, on Amazon! Buf-Puf are much better quality, they are a better shape, are thicker and are longer lasting. They are the most effective exfoliating sponge, better than konjac sponges, exfoliating cloths and any exfoliating face washes I’ve tried. Leaves your skin clean, smooth and glowing!
