Does this have the pressure balance feature?

Hi, I don’t think so. Pressure was very weak, I had to replace it again with original model, and then it was working just fine.

Is this a genuine Moen product, or an aftermarket?

Aftermarket. However, I also replaced a genuine moen the same day and the two looked quite the same. The jury is still out on this one but so far it’s preformed as expected.

Does it come with lubrication oil included? This is usually needed to ensure leak free operating and less noise

Yes it has a small capsule of plumbing silicone grease to lubricant the rubber o ring

Yes 158084 was the # on the cartridge that I replaced with 1222. It was an exact replacement
