An amazing deal. I was about blowing out of the water for what they wanted for two fuses at the auto parts store no need to name any they're all expensive. This is one of the better deals of the year I've got two Volkswagen 1 1976 bus and one 1969 beetle I think I'm good for a long time.

Works for 79 Mercedes

The ends are not as pointy as some after market fuses, so it does make instalation a bit tricky. Great selection in a case to leave in the glove box or trunk. Color does match the fuse AMPs vs original blown fuse.

DO NOT BUY THESE. OR ANY WITH A PLASTIC BODY. I bought this set to use in my 1977 Mercedes 280SE. I put a red fuse in (16A) which went to the headlights and fog lights. Started the car, turned on the lights and the fuse started smoking. I immediately turn off the car and check the fuse....The plastic completely melted, meanwhile the metal was completely fine...not exactly how a fuse should work. I ended up removing all the fuses I swapped in and put the old ceramic/copper ones back in.

Fuse ok ,but the plastic core melts with a normal charge.

These fuses fit fine and the kit has a great selection. Great price and quick shipping. The only downside is that these are made with plastic and it melts quite easily leaving only the metal bar where the entire piece should stay and the original fuses I had were ceramic.
