Miraculous!
I rarely leave reviews but I just had to for this product. I have been suffering from awful menopausal night sweats for over 12 months, literally waking up every 2 hours. It got to the stage when I dreaded going to bed and it was a good job I have been working at home due to lockdown as getting up at 5:15am each morning would have been impossible! I was also having hot flushes during the day and generally my body temperature was all over the place. I have been self medicating on a cocktail of natural menopause supplements as I wanted to avoid HRT at all costs and whilst they very possibly lessened the symptoms nothing removed them completely....until I bought this product. Within a week of taking 2 a day, one morning, one evening, no more night sweats AT ALL and no more flushes either. I haven’t woken in the night sweating and I haven’t had to turn my desk fan on once. Nothing short of miraculous and this particular brand is so inexpensive compared to some others. I will be stocking up on larger packs as am now terrified of running out!!

Excellent price for the strength of soy.
Tablets are a nice size, not too big and gel type capsule so easy to swallow. 😁 Bought to try and help to top up oestrogen a bit.. don't want to start hrt until I really have to. Only been taking the soy for a week so nothing to report yet, but fingers crossed.
