Is this really stainless steel? I don't think so. A magnet will not stick to it like it will to stainless steel.

Stainless steel is non magnetic, just tested it. It is true stainless steel.

This definitely doesn't look like or feel like stainless steel! what is it really?! you should not miss represent your product.

I’ve owned mine for a couple of years now. It’s very sturdy and is definitely made from stainless steel.

Will this work on sugar cane?

Probably it's very sturdy and strong
