The quality of product is good. It is soft and comfy but the usefulness is not that great. I will give 3.5-4/5 in terms of usefulness. Also the durability is also very good

Good one. Soft, memory foam, good quality but Stitch could be little bit better for the comfort, as the inner stitch is making little bit discomfort to the neck. 4 out of 5.

Don't be fooled..its not a premium product, in appearance, softness or comfort (as described by makers) but useful enough. Not so easy to carry as it may not be easily foldable since there's no foam inside.
