Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a quality grade of silicone. I wanted medical grade, because this is for food, but that is hard to find. From what I understand it seemed like one of the better quality silicones. I wanted silicone to stop 🛑 dulling my knives. Functionality:Very functional. Can use this for cutting anything. It's dishwasher safe, also easy to hand wash and dries fast. It bends and folds easily, yet it's very strong. Value for money:Very good. Ease of use:So easy to handle, wash and store. I love using this cutting board, and it makes life in the kitchen easier for me.

Love them! Looked at lots of other options. These were best.Love these cutting mats! Looked at LOTS of other options in all kinds of materials. I also tried a few other types of cutting boards. Plus, I have used lots of different cutting boards I the past. These the best cutting board option I have ever found. They are also great as a non-toxic option that isn’t getting chemicals or plastic particles into the food you are cutting. And, they don’t dull knives nearly like some other hard non-toxic options. I love that they are also flexible, stay in place when cutting, are basically no-maintenance, are easy to clean, and they are easy to store.They are a bit pricey but I would buy them again. In fact, I did already order a different color to designate for meat and onion cutting. (I don't think I actually needed to separate that because they wash well and don't have any visible cut marks or stains or odor retention. So, you could just use one mat for all cutting.)I would totally buy an XL version if they made one! 16.5”x11.5” would be a perfect extra-large size to match typical cookie sheets. That would be so helpful for cutting large items like watermelon.

I've been replacing my plastic cutting board and this set is perfect with three different sizes. The smallest is very small but perfect for cutting a few herbs or cherry tomatoes. The two bigger sizes will definitely replace several of my larger, plastic cutting boards.They are very beautiful, can go in the dishwasher and of excellent quality!

POSITIVES:The cutting board has been durable so far. I like how it is made of silicone instead of plastic. It is a good size and the back has an anti-slip texture that works really well in my use case (stone countertop).NEGATIVE:I wish it had a metal or other stiff core, instead of being purely silicone. It is too floppy as a result, which makes it difficult to wash. Also i can't hold it one handed as a tray for instance if I'm chopping veggies and want to then turn around and transfer it to a pot on the stove behind me, I must use both hands. However, this issue is not unique to this particular product, as i've yet to find a silicone board constructed in this fashion.Also, the material tends to hold onto odors. For example if i've recently been cutting garlic, and then cut an apple, then the apples will be slightly garlicky, even though i've washed the board with soap between uses.

I love this cutting board. I store it behind my toaster and it is easy to get to without being in the way, or cumbersome to lift like my marble cutting board. I will not use wooden cutting boards so this works for me. It is easy to clean, just throw it in the dishwater and dry. The size is perfect: big enough but not too big.

I looked into several types of cutting boards that will not spread bacteria. When you look up this item it shows a cook cutting food and saying that the knife doesn't cut into the board. That is not true. I cut some veggies for a salad and used my standard knife. It not only left marks on the board, it cut through leaving enough of a cut that you could easily put your fingernail into it. Don't buy this product. It really isn't as safe as it states. I used it ONCE and it is going into the garbage. Back to my old standby's.

The media could not be loaded. This is the extra-large size (14.5” x 10.5”) and it’s been awesome for everyday kitchen use! I’ve been trying to cut down on plastic, so I was excited to find a silicone alternative—and I LOVE it.It’s thick, bendable, and holds up great to regular knife use. There’s a shallow drip groove around the edge to help catch liquid from juicy fruits or meats, and it doesn’t slip or slide while I’m cutting—huge plus!It’s super easy to clean (dishwasher safe!), and I also have the smaller version for quick prep.
