Not good for what I needed it
I didn't purchase this for dotting, but it was additional bonus since I only wanted the brush the clean up skin around the nail after applying polish. But hair is too flimsy and thin to wipe the excess polish off around cuticles. Maybe there is another use for it that I don't know off but it didn't do the job for me.

Great for Nail Art
I do my own gel nail manicures at home and wanted to be able to do some more interesting designs and nail art. These tools were cheap but they do the job and look cute with the coloured glitter inside the handle.

Great for a while but then the hairs start fraying causing any nail art design to be jaggedly.
Great but can be flimsy after a while. Especially the hairs on the nail art brushes can cause any design to become ruined by loose strand hair.
