I was first gifted a pack of the herbs a couple of years ago, absolutely loved them and have been buying them since for me and and as gifts for friends, and here, as the packs are really nicely designed they do make nice gifts, although the real gifts are the seeds. Would not go for any other type of seeds than heirloom ones, which these are. Instructions for each seeds packs are clear, and should any help be required, the support is top notch, this I can vouch for since I had to once yelp for help, and the help sure came quickly. As some reviewers have mention some failed germination, there is a non negligible factor to consider regarding this, so here am sharing some acquired knowledge. Assuming sowed in the right environment as stated on the seeds packs, and considering that the seeds are independently tested for viability and germination, if the seeds are then not stored in the right environment, like say some warehouses and this for quite some time, failed germination could be due to such factor.

This set has proved essential to grow all the herbs I need for the kitchen. The seeds were easy to grow and tasted great.

I've been growing herbs for several years but the prices in the shops start at about £2 per packet! These are a fraction of that cost. I have only just planted them, some inside and some out, so I'll update the review with my success. Fingers crossed 🤞

Good selection of herbs for setting up a new garden. However, even though I purchased these in early December 2023, all except one packet expired in January 2024 (even though suggested sowing times started in March). I don't know if the seeds will be of any use - time will tell - but now wish that I had simply bought separate packets of seeds where I could have checked the expiry dates.

Arrived quickly and packaged effectively Fantastic herbs, they grow lovely. We have used them to create a herb pot/wall in our garden. They take a little while to sprout, but are lovely once shooting. The smells and flavours are fab. They also make a nice little feature wall in our garden. Will def buy again

Outstanding customer service which was above and beyond. Seeds planted have all grown well. I look forward to buying from them again in future. Although there was an issue with the original order the resolution and the personal touch has really caused a change in my rating from 1 star to 5 so often you receive impersonal customer service whilst I would rate the seeds 5 star I have to rate the service at 6 stars. Bravo 🙂

I posted these in a birthday card to a niece as a little extra gift and she was delighted. She’s made her own little patch of garden and these are growing beautifully.

Habe es als Geschnk für den Hobby Garten verschenkt. Super angekommen und keine Blindgänger dabei. der Kalender mit ist ebenfalls sehr nett und mit Kids kann man hier zusammen viel spaß haben.

This was a gift to a friend. Inagine my reaction when I hear the seeds are 2 years out of date and she cannot plant them anymore for risk of her garden space staying empty. Bad product.

Super zum Verschenken. Die Auswahl bei Own Grown ist toll. So viele verschiedene Samen. Lässt die Herzen von jedem Hobbygärtner höher schlagen.

Die bestellt Ware kam wir immer pünktlich an. Leider musste ich feststellen, das die im Januar bestellten Samen, die erst ab März gesät werden können, im Januar ablaufen. Für fast 10€ ist das meiner Meinung nach deutlich überteuert. Leider lässt sich der Artikel nicht zurücksenden. Ein Stern für die schnelle Lieferung des abgelaufenen Artikels.
