I bought a different brand of slip Elm for my acid reflux. I had seen where it helps with gastrointestinal issues. Little did I know the OTHER uses for this supplement, until I started reading the reviews from this product. I am 50yo and going through the start of the change. I must take natural supplements, due to my disabilities. I bought this not just based on reviews, but also mg dose, size, and count. I had no idea it helped with your immune system, or pre-menopausal issues. After reading the reviews I decided to try this brand, as the other one wasn't really helping in my digestion issues. When I received and took it, it worked fast!! Only 24 hours to see that it was helping me in not just my digestion, but also with women's dryness, and my attitude improved for my lack of libido! The pills aren't "horse pills" so they are easy to swallow . They are capsules so maybe you can always just take the powder out and put in water and shoot it down. I have to take several supplements every morning so I was glad they weren't that big with all the ones I have to take. I will be purchasing these again, and probably do a subscription with my other supplements.

Great product! Great price!! It keeps acid reflux away! I still try to sleep on left side to reduce acid reflux! I still wake up on my back, and no acid reflux! Do not take at same time as other meds! It can cause other meds to NOT be absorbed by the body! I take morning meds when I get up. Take these at night before bed. I’ve had no issues with it affecting my other meds this way! Great product! Very small capsule! Easy to swallow!

I have an apothecary and this was a perfect addition!the smell is not strong and the taste is on the mild size. I mix it with various other loose tea ingredients and it adds a great health benefit! The ingredients are whole and it doesn't cause an upset stomach.

I gave it a three star because it has rice powder in it I have the actual slippery elm bark herb and another brand of slippery elm pills and they smell like slippery elm bark these pills do not smell like the herb at all and has rice powder in it so I will be sticking to the brand I usually go for

This isn’t slippery — this is **Niagara Falls in a bottle**. The moment you take it, you go from “perfectly normal human” to “did I just walk through a car wash?” in record time. 💦😂 When I say wet, I mean **extremely** wet. Like, you might want to cancel plans, reschedule life, and possibly invest in waterproof furniture. It’s less of a supplement and more of a hydration experience you didn’t sign up for. Would I recommend it? Sure… **with a warning label the size of a billboard.** ⚠️ Do not buy unless: * You’re comfortable being extremely wet * You enjoy dramatic before-and-after moments * You own at least one good towel (two is safer) * You’re emotionally prepared for the slip-and-slide lifestyle All jokes aside, it absolutely lives up to the “slippery” part. Just know you’re not dipping your toes in — you’re diving headfirst into the deep end. Proceed with caution… and maybe a pancho. 😆💧

I am using a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day and I don’t have the dryness that I had before. Of course, when I started using it, i took a higher dose maybe for the first 2 containers, then now I am sticking to one capsule a day and my issue is resolved.

Works well. No complaints.
