We love our Instant Vortex Air Fryer, but it's a pain in the neck to clean the grill tray and the cumbersome basket, especially the grease and crumbs that fall through. Since we got this silicone basket we're using the air fryer even more often. PROS: It's perfect for tater tots, carrot fries, meatballs, boiled eggs(!), breaded stuff like zucchini fries and butterfly shrimp ... and way so much easier to clean! It's dishwasher friendly, but it only takes seconds to run warm water and use a gentle detergent with a cloth scrub. Between batches we just wipe the grease off with a dishcloth or paper towel, and shake off any crumbs. The thickness has the right stiffness to pour the grease out into a jar. CONS: The only catch is it's round and the air fryer basket is square with rounded corners. So we could cook more potato chips, taquitos, and chicken wings without it. WARNING: It can get very hot We highly recommend it.

We have a medium size air fryer, and though it has a nonstick coating it still has its grill and bucket that need careful cleaning after cooking pre-breaded or pre-browned greased frozen foods. The WAVELU silicone insert has good, deep ridges that allow complete cooking, and walls tall enough to contain flying grease droplets. We can cook frozen french fries or frozen fish filets (flip large items once midway through the cooking time), and they cook nice and crisp but without getting grease all over the grid and bucket. I scrub the WAVELU in very hot water, with a medium scrub brush and detergent/baking soda. Since we're normally cooking at 370 degrees F or lower, no food particles will hard-cook onto the silicone surface, and it cleans very fast. So glad I ordered this, since we can use our air fryer more often and still enjoy easy cleanup. Truly use it at least two or three times a week.

If I could, I would give these 10 stars. I could not believe that after I used it several times in the air fryer, rinsing it was a breeze. This is the perfect way to keep your air fryer, pristine, because it is the perfect surface for cooking things And stays incredibly clean. My highest recommendation. Everyone with an air fryer of the right size should have one.. P.s. I discovered that things cook better in this if you insert a tray in it to lift them up. I love my air fryer, but without this silicone pot it’s large and awkward and, therefore, a pain to clean. This is round, so I lose corner space in my square appliance, but it’s totally worth it. I give the actual fryer a clean up when it needs it, which is only occasionally, otherwise this little darling lives in there. So, what really drives me crazy? Well, nothing actually, until I did two consecutive batches of honeyed chicken wings. Silly me! I didn’t do a complete wash down on the pot before the second batch, because everything had told me it would be easy to clean. It was, until then. Now the grease drips that were on the sides after the first batch are a permanent part of my pot. I CANNOT get the suckers off, and believe me, I’ve tried. I’m pretty sad when I look at it, because it will never look clean again. However, I still count on it because it really does make using my air fryer a pleasure. It’s easy to load up, easy to remove, holds up well and, if I ignore the stains, easy to clean. I do recommend it, but be prepared for the staining.

Amazing product to make our/your life easier, cannot recommend this silicone air fryer basket any more highly! It’s substantially thick, therefore it doesn't bend easily and cooks food to perfection! The larger 5.3 qt size fits perfectly inside a 8 qt. instant pot duo crisp (the new one with the air fryer lid), with just under a 1/4" clearance all the way around. The Instant Pot brand silicone sling works great for lowering or raising this basket in/out of a 8 qt stainless steel pot, but with the sling on it makes it hard to flip/turn food so we only use the sling when warming up leftovers or something that doesn’t require turning. We have found it much easier and safer to prepare food inside our new silicone basket that's already inside the 8 qt. pot, then use a tong (use a 16" to be safe) to flip food then remove the food directly out of the air fryer basket. After numerous trial and errors the Vollrath Kool-Touch 16" is awesome; superb quality, perfect tension without those pesky hinges or locking mechanisms, rubber handle to protect from heat and is available in many colors, Made in the USA to protect/provide American jobs. When removing food DO NOT touch the sides of the stainless steel pot, we've learned the hard way it only takes 1,000th of a second to blister skin at 400 degrees. Be careful! Lightly spray with a good heart friendly avocado oil (best for the price is Chosen brand in their 6 lot spray bottles) then merely prepare what you want to air fry. Best of all it is a complete breeze to clean up, because of the sprayed avocado oil, all residue rinses right off to be hand washed or cleaned in the dish washer. I know I have recommended a lot of products (no, I'm not a paid reviewer), merely trying to pass along useful information through trial and error to my fellow Americans to make their life easier. This silicone basket/pan works like a charm for both air frying and reheating leftovers, well deserved 5 star product!

I had my doubts about how items like chicken wings would crisp up since there are no holes in the basket. Not a problem - the ridges are high enough for fat to drip away and the wings have come out perfectly crisped every time. I love this! I have made hamburger patties, topped with cheese and the cleanup is so easy and the air fryer basket remains clean. This is perfect for the Chefman air fryer since that basket has vents all along the side, which requires the interior of the air fryer to be wiped down from grease splatter (horrible design, I should have purchased a second Cosori-very happy with the one I have at my other residence). This silicon insert is a winner. I will purchase a square version for my Cosori.

It is very small compared to the air fryer drawer. Can't fit much in there vs just putting food in the air fryer itself. Works well. Good quality. Dishwasher cleans it well. Just very small.

This is a quality item. I followed the instructions and placed it in boiling water for 3 minutes before I used it the first time. This liner protected my air fryer. There was no plastic smell. Food quality was great. Clean up was simple: I placed the liner in the dishwasher after I wiped off the excess food particles. I purchased this liner because of the numerous positive reviews on Amazon and elsewhere. Note: I used flat silicone liners in my original air fryer. I always hand washed the crisping plate and fryer after every use. There was some build-up on the sides of the fryer, but the crisping plate was in pristine condition for years. At one point I decided to stop using the liners. After a handful of uses, despite hand washing, the crisping plate had lost its coating and was trashed. Price for a new crisping plate on Amazon: $25.77!!! I opted to buy a new air fryer. I will never use it without a liner, and this time the sides will be protected as well.

I bought this product to use in my air fryer. I hate having to deal with crumbs or sticky bits. This silicone dish is so much better to use than disposable products. The handles make it easy to remove the whole thing when the cooking is done. Clean up is a breeze. I am going to try making a cake in it this week.

I bought this because the pastel set I bought earlier was really good, easy to clean albeit a bit small and flimsy when carrying food. However this red one with firmer design is difficult to clean. I have used it twice and cleaned it right after using. It took a lot of manual rubbing before the sauce would come off. May be good if no sauce but if so why would I need it if there was no sauce.
