Excellent System. Good quality.
I bought this product after reading various reviews and watching a couple of YouTube videos. It is a very well made and solid piece of kit. Ease of installation is very much bike dependent and the extent to which you want cables to be routed and concealed. The individual parts however connect together well and you can't really get the connections wrong. The only down-side is that the camera mounts are made of plastic. BEWARE: Over-tightening them can cause them to split. You only need tighten the clamps so that the rubber (anti-vibration?) collar prevents the camera moving. When I reported mine had broken, their customer services sent me a replacement the same day. Video quality is excellent. It is beautifully clear and there is a wide angle of view. The easy to find video files for each camera are stored on the SD card (separate purchase) in their own directories/folders. They have names that show the start date and time each video begins. A rough calculation based on file sizes suggests that a 128Gb SD card will hold about 12 hours worth of video. I haven't yet fitted the GPS module yet but this is a useful feature which, if used, should identifying where a videoed sequence was recorded. Given the length of time for which you can capture videos I haven't found the need for the remote switch unit. The app allows you to save a particular video against deletion if you want to. I might instal it at a later date if I find it necessary to my mode of use. Yes, I am impressed with this product.

Excellent camera but even better customer support.
I bought this Vsysto B2 1080p motorcycle dashcam system almost a year ago. I am absolutely delighted with the quality and performance of the system, its very well made and you certainly won't be disappointed with it. As soon as you start to unpack the box you can tell that this is a top quality item, a bit like the feeling you get when opening the box of an expensive top quality cell phone. The picture quality and ease of use are incredible. But it doesn't end there. So why am I writing this review almost a year after I bought it? Well, my camera was struck by a small stone which was thrown up by a car in front. I noticed the problem because the normally sharp HD images from the front camera had become quite blurred and out of focus so I looked closely at the camera and discovered the damage, see the photo above. . The lens was cracked, these things happen. I was so disappointed, but when I looked up Vsysto and Amazon I was able to get in touch with their customer care and my plea for help was answered by Alice who was so helpful and really eager to help which was so pleasing, and so uncommon in this day and age. A really nice caring lady. It was no problem at all for Alice and she was able to supply me with a new camera and mount at a very reasonable cost. A great big thank you to Alice and Vsysto customer care. It's great to know that there are still some companies - even though they are on the other side of the world - who are prepared to make an effort to look after their customers. You can buy Vsysto products safe in the knowledge that they are there to stand over their product and they really do care about their customer. I'm really blown away by their excellent service.

Good well made product, but on a bicycle it is almost impossible to see in bright weather
So for the cyclists out there especially if you have an ebike this is a product you really want to work well. However, though it's not bad and let's face it what else is there on the market it has some drawbacks: 1) the screen is very difficult to see in bright weather and since I wanted it to be used instead of a mirror to see what and who was behind me this is a downer. I think if the screen was less glossy and more matte it might help. It's a bright screen, but just not bright enough for this kind of use. I'm not sure a hood would help either. In dull days it is so much better and keeps me more in tune with what's behind me than turning round and then hitting a pothole! I haven't tried riding with it paired to my phone. Perhaps that would work, but yet another device on my handlebars!!! By the way the interface should be bluetooth not wifi, it's a real pain having to change wifi back to my home router. I suspect bluetooth might not handle the bandwidth though? 2) Man, it is a heavy head unit. It's good to know that it is well made and strong, but on a push bike (and I know it wasn't designed for this) it does add weight. However since I have added a motor and 48v battery to my bike I suppose it doesn't matter, plus I weigh too much anyway. 3) It's taken some effort to attach the cameras, but now that I have (and thank goodness for tie wraps) they are pretty stable. Took me some experimentation to get a good position. The mount for the head unit is fine. The cables without the extensions were easily long enough. I think a shorter cable from the camera and then a variety of extension lengths would be highly useful, but then they look like pretty expensive cables - would Julet cables (as used on ebike motors from china) not do the job? 4) I power the unit from my 48v battery which has a switched USB output. I bought a cable with a sideways usb plug and it works well. 5) Getting the micro sd card out is a little bit of a faff, but I guess it's good that it is protected. It would be better if when pushed in there was a little bit showing instead of being totally flush. Would make it easier to get out. 6) I find the user interface poor. It takes some getting used to and I wouldn't try and use it whilst riding. I think it needs a little more thinking about (and know that it was inserted properly) and yes micro sd cards seem to be fine in case you are confused. 7) I don't have any issues about video quality, it is what it is, but someone made a point about reading number plates being difficult and I would agree. It is nice to review the ride and in case of an accident it would be invaluable. Summary. This has the potential to be very useful device for cyclists. It needs a version that is much lighter and with a far better screen for bright light levels. Some thought should be given to a better mounting system for the cameras. I think a shorter cable length for the front mounting camera would be useful or perhaps add a selection of extension lengths. I hope the makers take note of this review. I'd be happy to be a tester :) It's not cheap and I did think of sending it back, but overall it's not bad and I decided to try and live with it. G.

Unfortunately faulty unit screen
Well packaged, it looks a quality bit of kit, it comes with a short usb cable to check it's all working before fitting to the bike, connected it all to the main unit as suggested. It all came on and initially worked fine, went through the menus and set it up and checked cameras were ok, then the main unit screen started to flicker and develop horizontal lines across it, gradually got worse over a minute before losing the image and now it's just flickering grey lines across the screen. I switched it off and tried 10 mins later worked fine again for approx 5 mins and then reverted back to flickering and finally went blank again, the unit is also very hot. Disappointed because it looks good and initially the images looked good, will contact Amazon to sort.

Quality at a reasonable price
This is my second 'chinese' motorcycle camera. The first one worked well, but I cracked the plastic 'brains' of the unit. With this one there is no fear of that as the main unit is heavy and made of metal. It is very substantial. I haven't yet decided where the main unit will go on my GS1200 Adventure, due to its size. VSYSTO were kind enough to send me a metal mount, but to be honest I don't really want the unit visible all the time. However the mount is very sturdy, but I have some reservations over its 1 fixing screw, (to hold the main unit). The cameras I have been told by YSYSTO are both 1080P and are both enhanced for night vision. This is an upgrade on the previous model, (A2F). The model I have is therefore B2F. It has a touch screen menu on the main unit As yet it isn't fitted to the bike, but I have tested it using the supplied USB cable and it all works very well. Images seem perfectly adequate visually and given the price point I fail to see the need to spend an additional £200 or so to have an INNOV system which I was initially looking at. My main use is for capturing journeys here and overseas, (although it may be some time before that happens again). All in all a very good unit.

Very good value for money!
Camera comes with everything you need to install on pretty much any motorcycle. The small bullet shaped cameras are nice and unobtrusive and are easy to mount. There is pleny of cable length so you can mount the screen wherever you want and if it came with a simple clip on waterproof cover I would give it 11 out of 10! No problems running it so far and hope it just keeps on going.

Customer service appalling
Seemed OK to begin with and a good camera for the price. That quickly changed. The screen unit started letting water in after around 3 months. Let the manufacturers know and all seemed well, after we sent photos in they agreed to send a new unit out and it arrived pretty quickly. This unit was OK for around 2 months..... Then it started letting water in and the unit froze on the starter screen. Played ping pong email for around two weeks with the manufacturer, then was ignored for around another week, at which point(after repeated emails asking them to respond) they then came back very accusatory and asked if we'd been using it in the rain....... Errr yeh, it's a motorbike cam, designed to be fitted to the handlebars and yes, used in the rain. It does say it's waterproof. We pointed this out. (The bike is only used for commuting a short distance and is kept undercover at home and covered when visiting so it rarely sees any rain actually but the unit is supposed to be waterproof and clearly isn't fit for purpose.) Spoke to Amazon who said they would refund if we returned it, told the makers Amazon were refunding and they emailed back immediately and said they were sending a new unit out....... We're still waiting and no sign of it, no reply to multiple emails. Now got to pay to have the camera uninstalled so we can return it to Amazon. So glad we bought via Amazon though, the manufacturers are appalling and the 1 yr warranty clearly means nothing!

Funktioniert gut.

Not the best, camera is already broken. But great support from vsysto to solve it!
System works, front camera is ok, but rear camera is out of focus.. no ring to adjust it, so you always have a blurry image, useless, as even a license plate is unreadable.. Gps works and the buttons are usefull to capture a picture. But this system is as usefull as the camera's quality, which is not that great.. too bad, as this is promising.. Vsysto support though helps fast to solve the issue bh replacing the camera! Extra stars for that!
