These lights were very easy to install, and are quite bright enough for my herbs. Some were complaining that the interconnecting wires were not long enough to reach varying shelves, but for me they were in fact a bit long. I had to tie them up with a strip of velcro. I was bothered at first by the fact that they don't include timer, but smart plugs are so easy to get and program, and higher quality than the timer on my old string of lights. I actually prefer to control them with a smart plug. My old set were not really water resistant, considering the ends would constantly fall out including the magnets that were designed to hold them up. These are very well made and include a rubberized plug for the last light in the set, to keep water and dust out. Very happy with this purchase!

Great lights. Used as a under hood light for my tool box. Setup is quick and easy. Light quality is good and doesn't hurt my eyes. 5 stars recommend to anyone needing a small light setup. Can not comment on grow light ability due to not using it for that but can say the lights are plenty bright.

These lights helped me start a full garden from seed on my living room bookshelf. Seedlings were highly successful. Would recommend these lights as part of any indoor growing system.

I really like these. I appreciate that they are so easy to mount. I appreciate the extra zip ties they include. They include more than enough especially if you hang then want to move to a different spot. They also provide mounting tape and screws if you want to go that route. I like the brightness on them and it provides more than enough light for my plants and tomato seedlings. Still trying to figure out how close the plants need to be to the light at their different stages. But my Sunflower and tomato seedlings were doing well under them.

These lights work, but they are weaker than the marketing might suggest, so make sure you understand your use case before buying. Based on PAR meter measurements, they are best suited for germination or very young seedlings, not for stronger vegetative growth unless placed very close to the plants. In my setup I repurposed them strictly for germination trays where they perform adequately. To reach useful PPFD levels they need to be mounted only a few inches above the canopy. The physical design also has some drawbacks. The linking cable between lights is quite rigid, which makes it difficult to hide or manage cleanly if you hang the lights using chains. The listing suggests you can link multiple lights together, but the included cables only allow linking about four vertically. Beyond that, you’re forced to arrange them horizontally. That said, the company was very good to work with. They were responsive and professional when I reached out with questions about the product. Overall, these lights can work for propagation or seed starting, but for the price I expected stronger output or a more flexible mounting system.

I love these grow lights. I put them on with the double sided tape included and they are holding strong. My plants get 8-12 hours of light I can switch one off and leave the other on or not but it’s so convenient to choose. Only thing is it doesn’t come with a timer so it’s all manual but I don’t mind. This part of my apartment’s shelving doesn’t receive light from the window right next to it so these were perfect for what I was looking for.

I bought these for my IKEA Rudsta tall cabinet. They were super easy to apply. The lights on the top shelf stuck magnetically to the roof of the cabinet with no hardware needed. The lights on the bottom two shelves required the included magnet stickers to stick to the glass and were also easy to apply. I originally had some of my Hoyas 6 inches under these lights as I was worried they wouldn’t be strong enough, but they sun stressed beautifully. I’ve recently had to move them further away because they were actually drying out too fast from all the light. These lights have kept all the plants in my cabinet happy and actively growing. The light spreads and covers every inch of the cabinet perfectly. The lights themselves feel durable and I’ve had no issues with them falling off. I have mine plugged into Govee smart outlets so that they work on a timer, as I didn’t get the lights with a timer option.

The plants are liking the lights. Been running it for over a year now. The growth of the plants arent deformed. Theyre always attracted to it. Be careful installing it for it is fragile plastic. I didnt get the the one with the timer, but i have it plugged in with a smart pluh.

Easy to assemble and functions well as a grow light. I liked them so much I bought a second set. I have plants in very low-light conditions and these are keeping them happy for multiple weeks now. The light itself is a pleasant warm white, not disturbing or distracting. Assembly is very straight-forward. The modular design is very useful. I glued (using the double-sided sticky foam included in the box) 4 of them in a series to the bottom of shelves in a shelving unit, then two more to a different shelving unit (each box comes with 4). There is one reasonably long cord with an on/off switch for the entire series, and each light can be turned off separately using a switch on the light itself, which is a nice feature. The glue did come off once causing a light to fall but overall they are very solidly attached. The box comes with zip-ties and hooks you can screw in, haven't tried those. Keep in mind that the cords that go between the lights are rather short: they work for standards shelves about 12" apart, but anything longer than that you will need to buy separate longer extension cords. I was able to buy these on amazon and used them for larger shelves with bigger plants. There is no timer (review asked for a timer function review?). But you can buy one that plugs into the wall if you want.

Perfect if you have a rack and a plant nursery.

These light work as intended they are very bright, I bought the white type and I have no issues at all with those. Easy to set up, I didn't use the double sided sticky tape, so I don't know if they are good or not. What I know is that they warm up some not too hot but sticky tape usually come off if they get hot or warm, so it might not be a good idea to use those to mount your set of light. It comes with clip that are very versatile, that's what I prefer.
