Hyalogic HylaMist HA Nasal Spray for Dry Nose, Nasal Moisturizer, 2oz

You can probably find my reviews on most sinus products here on Amazon. I have issues with my sinus and they are sore a lot, even the lining is sore, give me headaches, they get clogged, they get bone dry and raw feeling like they will split open. And so I'm always looking for something new that will help. I had not tried this before and my only complaint is that I wish it came in a large size I could use to refill the small bottles. This stuff is great and I thought it might be because I have some really gentle but expensive skin serums I use on my face. It contains the same ingredients and at times I've put them inside the nostrils when they got really dry and crusty. Sorry if that's gross. It helped a lot and so I thought this might help and it really does. It's very soothing. It makes it so they need something for moisturization less often. This has grapefruit seed extract in it which I like although I'm concerned that that might add to the drying effect or take away from the moisturizing effect but overall it's a positive because it can help keep any area where the skin is not intact in there from getting infected because that is awful. What I've noticed about this is that after I use it especially if I use it before bed and during the night when I wake up then in the morning I get some really odd stuff coming out. This doesn't create that weird stuff what it does and it goes in there and moisturizes things so they can heal and then since some of the thicker nasty stuff and gets that where it can all come out. I highly recommend it. I have bought a number of bottles myself already. As I said I just wish that I could get a large refill size bottle because it seems really environmentally unreasonable to go through all of these tiny little bottles of 2 ounces when you need it as much as I do. I think this is definitely worth giving a try and it's not quite like any other product out there because you can buy saline you can buy things like sesame oil you can buy a product that's just grapefruit extract or something like that but this combination is special. I don't know of another with the hyaluronic acid. It really does help my sinus to heal even up in places that are harder for healing to occur. It does this better than any of the other products I've tried. I should add, although there are a few products that I will always use regularly for as long as I have these issues, unless something better is invented, this one is one of the keepers. The other would be good old ponaris. And the manuka honey spray. I'm about to try restore for the first time too. But while the ponaris is deeply moisturizing (and really unpleasant tasting) in a different kind of way, it's not going to thin things out in the same way that this will and they actually go pretty well together because then you don't have to stick greasy ponaris up your nose during the day. The honey spray is also better for overall infection fighting and not so much the cooling soothing moisturizing for me. Alkalol is refreshing in a sort of minty way but not nearly as moisturizing. Saline is good to flush quantities out but not for thinning really touch stuff or moisturizing. I'm drawing a blank but there are some others that I use it times. But of them all this is in my top 3, all tied for 1st for different purposes, as this really just is pretty great and I'm so glad I found it.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this by comparison with other nasal sprays. I fully aware that the ingredients are a moisturizer.im happy to report that the must sprays very finely and doesn't irritate my nose. I really need this to reach up into my sinuses and it has been doing that. I just inhale while I spray it. I haven't had any drip down my throat. I very pleased at the lasting moisture it provides. I feel this is better than basic saline sprays, too. Within ten minutes of my first use I was able to blow my nose and cleared out stubborn sticky mucus.

Hylamist Nasal Spray change my life, especially my night. I often woke up at night almost suffocating because of stuffed nose. Now that I use Hylamist all day, but most importantly before bed, I breath much better. And sleep much better. Contrary to other sprays, it doesn’t irritate or burn.

This helps moisturize my nose which for some reason I need help with. Yay getting older? Such a weird change. Do I like this better than saline solution? Yes and no. Yes bc I don’t really like the idea of salt water and nasal stuff going in my stomache. Probably doesn’t matter but I still don’t really like that. No because I think saline solution works better for me. I’ve also had a long term nasal infection bc I apparently am allergic to my cat now. This happened after the nasal dryness started. She’s my baby so I just take allergy pills now, which haven’t helped with the infection part. Lame. If this was not an issue for me I would probably chose this over saline. I hope this tmi helps you. If you’re debating I say buy it and see!

I’ve used the saline spray and creams before and this thing works really good without causing a reaction like I would get normally with sometimes saline where it would dry me out more. It helps clear, a stuffy nose or moisturize.

This sounds melodramatic but this product has literally changed my life. I started using it to prevent nosebleeds but I quickly realized that it also helped me to breathe much easier through my nose. I think the science behind this is that dry nasal membranes can swell and produce mucus (sorry to be graphic) that then dries and restricts airflow. Now I can breathe through my nose while sleeping and exercising. Before, in order to get a full breath I had to breathe through my mouth - even after I had sinus surgery (I have very small sinus passages apparently). One tip that works for me is to spray it on my fingertip and then massage it into my septum (cartilage between your nostrils) as far up as I can comfortably reach. That's where the blood vessels are that cause bloody noses - and yes, I hardly get them now. Again, sorry to be graphic but this has helped me so much I want to share it with others who might have the same issue.

I had better ones. It is not too effective for me. I live in dry environment so this might be good for different places but not for me.

I have suffered for years with cronic sinutitis with very little help. I have been on antibiotics numerous times and used so many nasal sprays and gels with them only making matters worse. I have used this product for 2 days now and this is the most relief during these winter months when my nose is so sore that I have ever had. I am supposed to have an appointment with a specialist but that could be a year or so from now so I'm so happy I read about this product and tried it that is why I'm writing this hopefully if you suffer from this horrible cronic problem it can help you also.

I work from home so it's mainly just combatting the dryness of winter furnace. This nasal spray is okay and effective.
