Wonderful value for price! Good strong wood that holds my fabric much better than the one I was using prior. Easy to function as they all are. Size is correct and I love the color! Pattern for 6” hoop in pic for reference!

Absolutely the best hoop! very well made and quality materials. Love this product, we have several different sizes. Might have to use extra fine sanding paper or steel wool here and there for a few rough spots other than that AMAZING. Highly recommended

I am learning embroidery and needed some better tools. I chose this brand and am so glad I did. The quality of these hoops is unsurpassed, and the tension is tight enough I didn’t need to line the inner ring. The beech wood is smooth and so comfortable to hold. I won’t use anything else now!

Purchased hoop sizes No. 1, 4, and 7. I believe these are legitimately Nurge brand hoops based off the branding is engraved onto the hoops. The tags state they are Prym; but, I believe Prym is now Nurge. I upgraded my embroidery hoops from the cheap bamboo hoops from Michael’s to these and they make a world of a difference. Less slip since there are hardly any gaps. The wood is sturdy so I feel confident they won’t warp or snap. The gold hardware is strong and pleasing to look at. The screw is easy to twist tight with a flathead. The screw also has a lot of room if you’d like to wrap your hoops with bias binding tape. I would likely purchase more in-between sizes (and maybe the thicker 16mm hoops) in the future but these three sizes are sufficient for what I need right now.

While the construction is sturdy it’s not quite the quality that I expected from the reviews and different websites. The wood quality is fair. I’ve had to sand both parts as there are tiny rough splinters over the hoops. It’s an easy fix but not what I was expecting to need to do.

This embroidery hoop is made of excellent quality materials and functions extremely well with all types of fabrics, thick, thin and in between. The wood is smooth with no rough edges, nothing to snag delicate fabrics. Holds extremely well without needing adjustments. An exceptional value for the money.

This was much bigger than I expected, but decided to keep it as it was so well made and I figured I'd use it on a larger project eventually. My only complaint isn't about the product itself, but the website as when I went back to order smaller, I again had difficulty trying to figure out what the heck size I was ordering. Product great, listing on Amazon is frustrating.

Good, tightens well but not as smooth as expected after reading some reviews. Was considered a defect.

My granddaughter is 11 years old and has shown talent with many crafts. Recently keeping tension in an embroidery hoop posed a problem. I bought this Nurge embroidery hoop that makes tension in the fabric very easy. It is a study, made of several layers of flexible beech timber and has an adjustable screw. Perfect!
