I got an 18" ball. I already have a larger ball and one about the size of a basketball, but needed something in between. This works great and stays inflated really well.

It's a great ball. I also have the TheraBand Pro series and this one is no different, for a fraction of the price. Nice sturdy material. It comes with a pump, and it takes a bit to inflate it to however firm you want, so it might be easier to use a bicycle pump. I found it no trouble to inflate with the pump it came with. The pump has two sizes of tip, they give you three plugs in case you lose one, and two plug remover tongs. Those are nice extras because I've lost the plug on my old ball before and had to scramble around trying to find it because I didn't have another one. Exercise balls are a wonderful thing to have. I used them years ago when I was a personal trainer but when I had an accident and ended up in physical therapy for a long time they gave me the ball and a weight bar and exercises to do for my spine. I still do all of them today because it keeps my spine in limber condition. Some people were talking about how long it took to get it but I ordered it through Prime and got it two days later. There's a trick to measuring the ball to get the size you need. The chart indicates diameter (the distance straight from one side of the sphere to the opposite side, passing through the center), NOT CIRCUMFERENCE so use the centimeters in the chart and multiply by pi to get the actual size of the ball (in centimeters). For example, if the chart says 55cm, you multiply 55cm x pi (3.14) = 172cm. That's how big around the ball is. Get out a tape measure at home and see if that size will work for you. 55cm is how high the ball is from the ground up. It should come up to about the back of your knee. I found that I was able to fill this ball very firm. They are made not to burst. It's better to buy a slightly smaller ball and fill it as firm as you can, then to buy a bigger ball and have to inflate it less and then it will be too soft to be challenging. Or if you inflate it fully, it'll be too big for you.

Inflation was good tho needed help as disabled during need

This product is as advertised and true to size. It came with its own, easy-to-use pump, one [1] Inflation size measure, two [2] stopper removal tools, and three [3] stoppers. The included pump works fine, and Iwill keep it as a back-up. I used my personal pump as it was much faster than the pump that was included. My main use is suitable for physical therapy exercises as I recover from knee replacement surgery, as well as having versatility for other exercises. The material is soft and easy to clean. After inflation the shape matches its advertised appearance, with no signs or sounds of leakage of air while maintaining its shape. This is the medium-sized ball and I also have the large one. I highly recommend this product!!

This is a great exercise ball for the money. It's hard to believe I got it with the air pump for the price. The pump worked better than I thought it would. It's plastic so I wondered if it would hold up and it has. It took less pumps than I thought it would as well. It's a big ball. It seems to be holding its shape really well, with no leaking. I use it for other activities than sitting on it, so I don't know how it would hold up to that, but it seems sturdy enough.

Good exercise ball for my post surgery exercises. Needs to be pumped up every once in a while. Love the bright pink, texture/grip (not slippery) at all. Price was good as well. Would recommend

Great ball, it comes with a pump for easy inflation, the texture of it gives grip so you dont feel like you will slide off, I'm 4'11" and the size is great.

item was received in good condition and packaging easy to inflate - it came with simple instructions has spare pins for future use when inflated, ball was firm, stable and ready to be used for workouts.
