Aroma & Flavor is on point. It's a mix of both seeds and outer shell of the cardamom.

Smells heavenly!
****~Make a cup of tea with cardamom and you'll never forget its taste. The aroma which it emits from the bottle itself makes the surrounding around you so freshful. I use it to make tea for my family, sprinkle some in kheers and chasni. It a nice product that you can depend upon . However , for cardamom seed lovers, this might not fulfill their purpose and would not be satisfied with it.
