My green organic health food store recommended I try Sea Buckthorn for chronic dry eyes and after researching several companies I decided on SIBU. Their sea buckthorn is organic and is a combination of seed and fruit oils to be more comprehensive and absorbable. I have been taking this for over a year and my dry eye problem has improved as well as my skin, which is less dry and uncomfortable, particularly in the cold north-east winter months. The gel caps are easy to swallow. I know some people are concerned that they reintroduced carrageenan to the capsule, but when I enquired about this with the company, they explained this was necessary to address a problem with the oil leaking from the capsule. The safety of this additive is somewhat controversial and the company assured me they continue to research the formulation for the capsule. But I believe the amount to be insignificant in so far to be any health risk - and it is also easy to bite into the gel and suck out the oil (which has a pleasant taste) as an alternative to swallowing the capsule. I believe the anti-inflammatory and other benefits are helpful in improving my overall health as I get older.

Everything on wet wet. Now i no longer smoke, but my hair grows at a rapid rate and i am glowing from the inside out, and i only take one a day when ur supposed to take two. Basically, this just feels like a supplement to be pretty have nice hair and lashes. Anyways ive been buying these like clockwork for 4 years am now 24 and dont regret them at all. When i stop taking them i feel the difference.

If you are looking for relief from dry eyes then this may be the item of your dreams. It has gotten to the point where I would keep my eyes closed whenever I could just to avoid the irritable feeling of dryness. Moisturizing eyedrops did not seem to work anymore. As an added bonus, it eliminated post menopausal dryness, too. I take the twice daily with a meal. It's a medium sized hard gel capsule that's not hard to swallow. I'm ever so grateful to learn about this remedy. It took about five days of use to notice the effects. I just wish they were cheaper.
