Does anyone know if you can use this in a hydroponic dwc setup? neither the excerpt in amazon nor their website says yes or no

I would never use organic in a dwc setup. Mineral based nutes work best for that.

what do you mean by soil drench? how to apply it?

Simply saturate, lol. Haven't seen the word drench used in some time. However if you have a watering regimen down that works, don't change it. Thoroughly saturating your soil may lead to over watering. Mix it as directed with water and water as normal.

How would this work in a true aeroponics grow? Does it emulsify well and stay suspended?

Stays suspended, doesn't not break down well.
