Tex-Mex from Scratch: A Cookbook Hardcover – May 5, 2015

It is a fun read, and the recipes are a perfect and representative sample of Tex Mex. All are easy to follow and well seasoned. Better than books by US authors. It will easily double as a coffee table book for visitors when I am not using it for cooking.

A gift for my daughter in law, she loved it!

I wanted a cookbook with quick recipes for those times when I didnt pull out one of my Bayless titles. Found the guac recipes and carnitas had a fresh flavor profile.

Great little cookbook, chock full of great recipes. I love this book! Very simple directions, nothing hard.

Not a Tex Mex cookbook. This is a taco cookbook. Put off by the preachy introduction
