Why such a high price for such a low tec simple device

Elsewhere £160 for plastic version or £200 for metal version. The seller is ripping people off.

Does it include the fixing kit with handlebar mount etc?

There are 2 types of fixing attachments included. One is a simple attachment held around the bars with 2 very strong bands making it easy to remove, simple and secure. I use this one personally. The other is a stick on mount which I haven't used and don't know if I ever will as would be concerned about it coming off. However there are others you can buy as accessories that are very good and you can review these on beeline accessories.
