I don't write many reviews, but I do want to recommend this coat. I bought it to take my dog outside in the winter. I needed a very warm coat that would cover me to mid thigh. I'm 5'5" 139#, and it fits perfectly with pmenty of room for added layers. I have been outside in 15 degree windy weather a few times already and this coat has kept me very warm. I never would have thought that such an inexpensive coat could be so warm and comfortable. It is very well made, just the right length, and honestly looks like the $250 name brand coats. The entire coat, hood and pockets are warm. The knit cuffs keep cold are out of the sleeve. The soft lining in the pockets is a nice touch. The zippers work great and are nice quality. Everything about the coat feels and looks like a high quality parka. I could not be happier with this purchase! It is an amazing bargain to get such a nice quality winter parka at this price.

Read lots of reviews for many black winter coats in this length. Was hesitant to make a coat purchase on here, but this coat is awesome! Keeps super warm, well crafted, love that it has buttons and a zipper and the sleeves have a great inside cuff that secure nicely over gloves on colder days. Take the hood off before washing, as it cannot go in the wash. That is clearly stated on the description. Washed the coat on cold and put in the dryer. You might have to do a second spin in the washer. Very stylish and love the pockets and fit. I did size up after ordering my normal size. The first size was super easy to return.

LOVE this coat. I scanned all of the reviews looking for the following: Material quality, flattering wear, warmth, and sizing. At first, folks had me believing I could get away with ordering a small (based on reviews and pictures). I wanted this coat to flatter my figure (as much as a puffy coat can) while also allowing me to wear it whether I have a tee on or a thick sweater. I live in Chicago, so cold takes no prisoners. But I'm also hate wearing coats, and seem to be experiencing perimenopause and so I'll walk outside in a hoodie and be fine. But, cold climate dwellers, we know, your skin needs to be protected. That said, here's my feedback: I'm 5'5"-5'6", 140 lbs, weight distributed pretty evenly. Measurements (because I wish more people would include these on any type of apparel reviews) 36-30-41. Depending on how things are made, I range from S-L typically opting for M when it comes to tops, L when it comes to bottoms (and by default L when it comes to dresses because hips and rear). But, then there are a lot of things made when it comes to coats, hoodies, and other apparel where S works. I opted for M based off gut feeling and I'm 100% satisfied in that decision. L, I feel would have provided extra interior room, but with the way the coat is made would have ultimately felt bulky and probably looked unshapely. S would have fit, but would have been snug and could have only been worn with a tee, based on the way the arms and shoulders are sewn. M is just right, while still giving a cozier fit, I first put it on over a sweatshirt and it was fine. Over anything less, stellar. Quality is great. My coat did NOT arrive dirty. I ordered white and double checked it all over. No clue how it will handle in the wash, but I have a sensory issue with fabric and if it's not soft and comfortable to me, I will not wear it - this coat is fantastic. Soft, comfy, a great buy. Warmth. It's warm okay. I walked my dog outside thinkign it was colder than it was the other day and came back sweating. So I have zero worries about this being the perfect protector when the cold starts hurting my face. Length is great! Style is a typical puffy coat (which I actually hate but succumbed to needing for function), but it gives a flattering look in that it A-lines out just below the waist, a bit, giving some attempt at a figure! I bought some white winter boots as well, and I feel like a sexy stormtrooper. WOULD RECOMMEND if you're in need of a solid, reliable, everyday winter coat!

This was a gift for me at Christmas. I live in Texas, we don't have long, cold winters but we do occasionally get really cold (imo). This last winter we had a couple weeks of temps in the upper teens through the low 30's and the wind made it awful. Despite being a medium weight coat it kept the wind out and me warm. I'm so happy my husband purchased this for me, it made taking the pomeranian outside for potty and play time enjoyable. The coat is true to size and exactly as described. I can't say much about the color because I wanted and got the black one, you can't go wrong with black. The coat has a slight shape to it which makes it flattering for a winter coat. I like that the sleeves have cuffs as they kept the wind from blowing up into the sleeves. The zipper is sturdy. The snaps over top of the zipper further helped to keep the wind out. The hood worked as a hood should. It has a zipper so you can remove it if you want to or when you wash the coat. The fur on the hood would 'burn' if you put it in the drier so you really do need to remove it and hand wash/air dry the hood. That said, the only improvement I could think of with this coat is that they make the fur removable as well. All in all, I think it is a quality coat and worth the price. I would recommend this coat to family and friends.

I bought 4 puffer coats on amazon so I guess I will review them all. All were around the same price (on sale) $35-45. They all also have large hoods that actually stay on! Tldr GoldLadies zipper and button - don't buy, bad zipper GoldLadies zipper only - softest fur, good\smooth zipper but no buttons Wiepux - warm but very picky fabric in pockets and zipper sticks and is crunchy sounding ****BINCAL - great coat\feels quality but not the softest fur and no inside fur (more outside testing needed) Detailed Review My first purchas was GoldLadies but the zipper was really bad. I either struggled to zip it or couldnt at all. So then I bought two more becaues now I was worried about zippers. The second two I bought were - another GoldLadies (zip only) and Wiepux. I actually liked the second Goldladies coat, it had the softest fur trim and lining out of all 4 coats. The zipper was great but the only issue was that its zipper only, no button system. I worried it would become useless if the zipper ever did breaks. The other issue is it arrived with a small hole in the hood but the color was a pretty blue and it just felt so good on. The WIEPUX coat was OK. It was warm and had soft fur (just not quite as soft as goldladies). I was always able to zip it but as you can see from the video the zipper sticks and it's kind of crunchy sounding, of course it's harder with one hand. The worst part was the fabric used in the pockets; it was so picky, I really hated it. Side note: this coat came in a great zip bag that can be used to store it in the off season, which I really appreciate. Since none were perfect, I bought one more coat. This one had the most reviews and was the most expensive - the BINCAL. I did ge on sale for aroun $46 but is normally $99. As soon as I put it on, I could tell this was the one. It has a great zipper. Even just the cuffs around the wrist feel really nice. I like that the pockets have a magnetic button instead of a zipper or nothing. The pockets are deep enough for a large phone. I have yet to wear this one outside so I may need to update this review. This is the only one that doesn't have a fur lined inside so it may not be as warm as the others actually. Its the same material inside as it is out. So that could be a negative, we'll see. The only other negative for this one is the hood fur lining. Its really not as soft as any of the other three but thats not a huge deal. This one will come with less wrinkles since they dont vaccum seal it. It actually comes in a nice box. One final note about all coats, the first one I bought was a large, I assumed you would want to leave room for heavy sweatshirts but actually ended up being too large so this the next three that I bought were all mediums an out great, size wise. I normally wear med or large. I'm 160 lb 5'6". I normally like baggier things but since these are puffy I just think med is better, for me.

I bought the royal blue and it's exactly as pictured. The color pops and is very stylish with the black fur on the hood. Couple of unexpected things - the hood comes off but not the fur (I thought the fur could be removed, based on the pictures). And hood is easy to zip on and off, and it's huge. The coat is very warm, probably too warm for the climate I live in. The best thing about it is that it has soft, cozy-lined pockets which I absolutely love. It's more coat than I need but I'm keeping it.

Nice wintertime coat , live in Southeastern Pennsylvania which had a lot of snowy freezing bitter cold days . Keep warm but not heavyweight when wearing it . Button up and zipper up with nice size pockets and a hood . Inside pocket too . The length was perfect not too short especially when sitting in a SUV or walking in cold weather .Washed it hung dry and it still looked new. Usually wear a XL-2XL , bought 2XL ,it was roomy not too tight , fit perfectly ,Received many compliments about it. May purchase in another color for next wintertime .

I am giving it a 5 star as the coat was beautiful. It was soft feeling and very comfortable and warm. I loved the fur around the hood. I ordered a large as it was recommended. Unfortunately, it was way too big for me. I am only 5 ft. I think the model is taller as it does not look long on her. The sleeves were way too long, and it was too big around. It was heavier than I wanted. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I do recommend this coat if you live in Cold Weather States. It is very well made, good quality, very stylish, very warm, and worth the price.

Very warm and well made. I bought it one size up as I thought it would fit small. It didn't, so mine fits a bit loose. I still wore it and received compliments even though it fits big. Not the quality of the big named brands but it's very ok for the price

This product was very late to deliver, this is not normally a problem for me especially if I can track it myself. I was not provided the correct tracking number from the beginning, it took four requests to finally receive the number. The company did maintain communication, but only after I initiated it. Proactive communication for late deliveries can save customers a lot of wondering! This item itself is awesome! Worth the wait, and a beautiful colour (in my opinion) I got the red coat, it is not as vibrant as in the photo it is more of a blood red which I love even more! I got a size small, which fits perfectly even with a sweater. The wrist bands are tight, I like this to keep wind and snow out!

The coat is not bad, actually, the materials are good quality, the faux fur looks good...but the reason I am only giving this a 3 star rating is the coat's lenght. It is a weird lenght, not short, but not sufficiently long to be comfortable. It barely covers my behind, and in Canada, the winter is long and hard. This is okay-ish for an end of winter, March-April kinda coat, or late October, when one doesn't need as much coverage and warmth as in December-February. If you are like me, and like to have your winter coat covering well your behind and thighs, this is not the best option.
