EXCELLENT Quality, Vibrant Lush Green Color, Mellow and Flavorful Taste.....
I drink matcha 3 times a day, sometimes more. I have had some really good Matcha as well as some really bad Matcha that I wouldn't even bother baking with. I love it when I find a Matcha with awesome quality and flavor. This Matcha from Ocha & Co is an excellent quality Matcha as far as I'm concerned. The color is a vibrant beautiful green. It smells fresh and slightly toasted with hints of nori ( which I LOVE), tastes wonderful with fresh green vegetal notes present and NO bitterness what so ever. It's mellow and flavorful at the same time. It blends well with water and is smooth when you drink it...it can be made as a tea and sipped ( it's that good) or blended in a latte ( I've done both) you could bake with it BUT I won't with this one - it's to good to waste on baking in my opinion. This one is for drinking and enjoying ! This was shipped registered mail directly from Japan and got here surprisingly fast. The packaging is a foil type ziplock package that reseals really well. For the price I have to say that I think it's a deal with awesome value for an Organic High Quality Matcha! I believe Anyone who really loves Matcha will appreciate and love this one by Ocha & Co. I know that I will be ordering this as one of my regular keep in house Matcha. I have attached some pictures of the powder and also of the matcha after I added a little water so that you can see the first mark of great quality matcha ---COLOR. The powder is much more vibrant "in person".

Best Macha for Me
I’ve tried a number of Matchas including a number of more expensive ones. I like this one the best. It has a nice smooth flavor, nice color and good texture. It mixes more easy than some others I’ve tried. And most importantly to me, the caffeine content is just right. I’ve found some other matches that have too strong a caffeine hit leaving me a bit buzzy. This one doesn’t but does give me good balanced energy. 5 stars and I keep buying it.

Good Value, Decent Taste, Questionable Sourcing
My partner and I are matcha latte drinkers. We usually get our matcha from Ippodo or a Japanese grocery store. However, it's not very cost-effective, as 20 grams of matcha typically averages around $20-$30 in the US. So, when I saw 100g priced the same as a 20g container, I had to try it out. According to their website and Amazon page, they claim the matcha is from the Shizuoka prefecture. However, the actual label only says it’s from Japan, with no further details. It’s also a bit strange that Ocha & Co is based in Hokkaido, where tea is not grown; though, it could just be where their warehouse or port is located. The lack of information on both their website and the package makes me a bit skeptical about the sourcing, but at least it’s JAS Organic certified. Taste-wise, it's good—at least good enough for lattes, though probably not for ceremonial use. The color is on the lighter, yellower side, but still green. It has some astringency and bitterness that pairs well with lattes, and there’s even a touch of sweetness to round it out. If I were to be critical, it lacks the deeper flavors of higher-quality matchas, but I can’t complain given the price point.

best value matcha
This is going to be the best quality matcha powder for your dollar if you're looking for something to drink every day. My preferred high-quality matcha is Ippudo brand from Kyoto, this is my other favorite for price and value. It's very green, and the flavor isn't as strong as the Ippudo brand (costs about 4 times as much too) this isn't far behind AND you get 100 grams which will make it last for a long time. I usually make a large container of this once a week and place it in the fridge for easy drinking with breakfast. The non-organic variety they offer (not on Amazon currently, but on their main website) is an even better deal if you don't mind non-organic. The quality is exactly the same as this one though with a lower price tag. You honostly don't need to use a lot of this to get it GREEN. This is my recipe for morning matcha for a 2 qt jar; 4 tsp of matcha 4 packages of Yama Moto Yama Mix, drink, yum. No fancy packaging, no fancy marketing, just straight up fantastic match for your dollar.

Best tasting Matcha on the market. Also free of lead and heavy metals.
Amazing Matcha! Top notch quality. I’m very upset, it’s not available right now. It’s hard to find great quality smooth tasting Macha on the market that is clean of lead and heavy metals. This company is super transparent and legit.

Won over, this my new favorite Matcha powder
Its everything I wanted in a Matcha powder. Ocha & Co will always be my go to brand now. Quality is superb for the price. I'm recommending it to all my friends that love matcha.

You Get What You Pay For
While it's certainly one of the cheaper matchas out there, the quality really isn't there like with a better brand like Ippodo or Kyoto Dew. Side-by-side taste test makes the taste difference obvious, this tea is way more bitter, but not in a good way. A cup of this tea also doesn't wake me up like it should. I need my caffeine. IMHO it's worth it to pay more for Ippodo since it's way more enjoyable. It is cheap, though.

Great quality matcha
I did a research before deciding which brand to order and I can highly recommend this one! The taste is great, very easy to blend with water or milk, very silky and creamy. Also great value for money as you only use 2g per serving. I will definitely buy it again
