Question 1

When I receive the product, the internal yellow fireproof mud is damaged. Will it have any effect?

Accepted Answer

The damage of fireproof mud will not affect the use of the product.Furnace interior is fully lined with 2"" of ceramic wool, it can withstand high temperatures of 1400 ° C

If you are worried, you can use the outer soil or red mud to directly smear the inner wall, which will have a better insulation effect.

If you are a perfectionist, it is not recommended to buy this. I have used a lot of gas melting furnaces. The fireproof mud on the inner wall will not have any effect. And this product is really easy to use, LOVE IT!

Question 2

How long did it take to heat the unit and crucible to your desired temperature?

Accepted Answer

These furnaces take approximately 5-6 min to reach the desire temperature 500℃
Thank you !

Question 3

I have bought other products. I am using an aluminum screw hose shaper and it is stuck and difficult to peel off.How to solve this problem?

Accepted Answer

Other products use three screws to fix the burner. The screws are easily deformed during heating, which makes it difficult to take them out. In response to the problems of products in this market, our FASTTOBUY have introduced this new and improved product. The burner used has internal threads (internal screws) that are directly tightened on the stove and have better sealing.
