I'm just a home baker and I was able to make a couple of the Pavlovas with great looking and tasting results! I'm very glad I came across this book. I can use the ideas inside for holidays and special occasions! Review: damaged cover and spine - This is a lovely cookbook meant as a Christmas present. Unfortunately it was shipped in an envelope and the cover and spine were damaged. I’m going to keep it so it doesn’t get sent to the landfill but it’s disappointing.
