Packaging was good. Deliver very nicely. No problems with that at all. Installed it on the shower wand and the faucet. It's great! Love it. It's durable, very durable. Flex is really nice. Seems like it's got a good finish. I'm overall very happy with it it does not kink. The water pressure is extremely well with that. Easy cleaning seems to be pretty like it'll clean. Pretty easy. AWESOME shower hose that attaches easily to existing shower heads and plumbing! I wanted a longer hose - not for me - but to be able to give my Basset Hound a bath in warm comfort in my upstairs stand up shower instead of dragging out the dog wash station and doing it in the garage. Even with warm water, giving a dog a bath in a cold garage during the winter is NOT something I want to put my beloved hound through!!! THIS extended hose allows me to give my hound a bath in a warm room and also gives me plenty of length to wash and rinse up close with the existing shower head I attached to the hose! The hose itself looks great, functions exactly as advertised, and does not interfere with water pressure! FIVE STARS!!!

Simple and inexpensive wand hose. So far this has held up well and it would be hard to complain about the finish deteriorating after years of use given the very inexpensive price. Mated perfectly to our shower system. Water flow seems unrestricted. After removing the limiter from the wand itself we got a nice flow from wand system. The problem is the strength for me. The areas near the ends seem to leak after a few weeks. They need to make that area stronger.

This extra long shower hose is perfect for our handheld shower head. The stainless steel construction is quality and it doesn't kink. At 79 inches it gives plenty of reach. Easy to install and no leaks.

The most notable thing I like is that the ends have small flat surfaces that allow you to gently use a crescent wrench to tighten them. Because the ends on all other shower hoses like this that I have seen are cone shaped - and do not have wrench flats, tightening them enough to prevent leaks is difficult. Granted, the ends on this hose are plastic, so you can't apply a lot of force. But because the supplied washers are decent and thicker than some I have seen, combined with the wrench flats - I found this hose to be much easier to get a leak free install. Can't speak to the longevity, but so far they look and function just like the more expensive options, and are completely leak free at the connections. I bought one to replace a hose that sprung a leak when the internal hose split. Liked it so much that I bought a second one for the other bathroom.

Got this for the standup shower in the apartment to give the grand dog a bath. Although there is a doggy bathing station it is too cold at this time of the year to bath her. It’s very easy to attach to the existing shower attachment. I did get a new shower head also that attach easily to the hose. It comes with the plumbing tape if needed which I didn’t but my Dad always said to use it even if it wasn’t needed when showing me how to repair plumbing. An ounce of prevention….. The quality and make of the materials used is decent for the cost. Different prices depending on length of hose. There are several finishes to choose from also.

Bought this twice and both times it sprung a huge leak and fell apart after about 18 months. The hose initially seemed nice and flexible. The company did send me replacements, so my 3rd just sprung a leak and I'm about to replace it with my 4th

Although it says you don't need any tools for installation you should have a pair of pliers handy to tighten the fitting. The product functions perfectly and looks good too.

I needed an extra long shower hose so I could bath my dog and save on grooming costs. It's already saved us money! We were sure that the water pressure would be compromised but we were pleasantly surprised to find no change. However if you have a water saver shower head you might have to change it. It seems to be of good quality and my husband installed it easily.
