Brushed Nickel Shower Faucet System 8inch Rainfall Showerhead with HandheldSpray

This company is truly excellent, and our experience with this shower kit has been so positive for many reasons. The shower kit was just what we were looking for to complete our outdoor shower. It's got the vintage-looking hot and cold handles and the great oil-rubbed bronze look. It is made very well and all the pieces fit together perfectly. (My husband put this together and installed it himself after the plumbing work was done by the plumbers.) The kit is a great value/price, too. The water pressure is amazing out of the shower head (very strong!). Usually, we have to remove water reducer inserts from our showerheads (to get stronger flow) - but with this shower head, you don't have to wish for better pressure. It's truly great! Even though this kit does come with the handheld water sprayer - and it works perfectly fine - we decided to remove it from the setup because we realized we weren't going to use the handheld part. That's just a personal preference - nothing against this kit. In fact, it's really wonderful that this kit allows you to put it together without the handheld part if you should want to - and that is not true of all shower kits. (My mom's outdoor shower kit does not allow you the option of removing the handheld piece from the setup.) I just love how tidy and minimalistic this kit looks. So far, there have been no leaks except for in places where we just needed to tighten things more; we found we needed to use a decent amount of teflon tape on all plumbing connections (threads). The best part (the reason I'm leaving a review, which I rarely do) is the customer service. It is so outstanding and personalized. It was a great surprise to me that service like this existed anymore. For example, early on we noticed in the directions for this shower kit that the company recommended/offered special brass brackets for certain mounting situations. Since our outdoor shower kit was going to be mounted on the (somewhat thin, yet very study) PVC walls of our outdoor shower enclosure, it occurred to us that those special brackets would be perfect for giving our hot and cold pipes stability as they went through the PVC wall. So I contacted this company and they responded right away (a real person!) and directed me to an Amazon link for the brackets - and they said we could have them for free! We paid for them and they refunded us asap. (It was great to buy them through Amazon because that made things easy and the parts came fast.) I left a review for those brackets because of how well they solved our mounting/stability issue for our situation (and how very well-made they were), and because of how incredible the customer service was for that. Another example of the great customer service: While the pressure was amazing coming out of the showerhead and the showerhead is well made, we felt that the water flow was directed inward, focusing the water toward a point on the ground - as opposed to the water coming out more widely spread. (This is completely a personal preference on our part! I don't think there was anything wrong with the showerhead.) It looked like the nut and bolt through the center of the showerhead might have been tightened a little too much, causing the side with the water holes to be drawn up (i.e. concave) in the center. My husband took the nut/bold out, and then I tried to pull down a little on the bottom center hole so that we could try to flatten out that side of the showerhead (thereby making the water holes point outward more, or more convex). …But I was a little too energetic with my efforts and I dropped an Allen wrench into the showerhead (I had been using it to pull down on the bottom hole) and couldn't get it out... we didn't want to destroy the showerhead but I wanted my little wrench back... so we contacted the company and explained the situation. We asked if we could please have another (the same type/color) showerhead so that I could get my Allen wrench out of the first showerhead (in case we would have to destroy the showerhead to get it). Even though I knew I must have sounded very picky about the water direction out of the showerhead - and I KNOW I sounded very silly to be wanting my little Allen wrench back - the company was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. They offered to send me a replacement showerhead for only $15 including shipping. I know this showerhead is worth a lot more than that, not to mention the shipping, so it was very generous of the company to send me another one for so little money. Not only that, but they responded to my request so promptly. Furthermore, this particular communication was on 12/22, 12/23, and 12/24 - the days leading up to Christmas. That is above-and-beyond - I never would have expected the company to answer me at that time. And the best part is that the new showerhead came and was much flatter on the water holes side - so my preference for the water being "spread out" more was fulfilled. (And I got my wrench out of the old showerhead! I know you were dying to hear about that.) This company is truly great - great customer service (very generous with time and help) and a great product/price.

First off I know my bathroom looks like princess peach threw up on the walls (new house, in the midst of a remodel). I ordered this shower for my claw foot tub and really love the look it gives. It has good water pressure and has no leaks, everything I could ask out of a shower. The only gripe, I guess you could say, is that the piece that connects to the wall is waayyyyy too short for my shower to meet the wall. That being said it’s an easy fix with a piece of wood to allow it to meet. HUGE SHOUTOUT! When my shower arrived and we hooked it up we did notice that it was really short considering we were standing inside a tub and my husband is well over 6 ft. But I contacted the seller and they sent me a 16 in. extension for free! And it added plenty of height for a comfortable showering experience. Overall I think this was a really great buy for the price!

For an antique cast iron clawfoot tub, I love the style and function! I'm very happy with the end result and would purchase again, but there are some caveats: - As others stated, the pull-out extension for the shower does leak from two places: where the pole extends, AND the wall-mount connection, particularly if you pull the extension to its max. If you intend to wall-mount, get more information about it before purchasing! For my clawfoot tub installation, the small leaks don't matter and don't affect pressure. - The threads for the clawfoot tub adapter (sold separately) are NOT NPT threads as stated; they are G1/2. I purchased both some NPT bushings as well as G1/2 x NPT and the NPT bushings did not fit. You may need some additional bushings to connect to your water main. - Unless you're very short, you will need to purchase the shower extension tube for a tub installation. I used a level and plumb line to get the shower pole straight, then measured and cut the shower rod to size, mounting it to the wall and ceiling. I was very happy with the shower rod I purchased as it can be completely customized by cutting the tubes, so you can get the perfect distance from the wall and ceiling, as well as the length. The width is not customizable at all. With everything installed, adding the shower caddy was the final touch! I love how spacious the shower/tub is now, the rain shower head, and the hand held shower head. I really couldn't be happier with the end result, and it looks beautiful!

I read the reviews (every one of them) for this and other designs from this company. Many warned of difficult installation, cheap parts that leaked, missing parts, or that the finish scratches easily... I found no issues of the sort. The product was carefully shipped in a premium (from the factory) presentation package. I purchased this for an outdoor shower at the beach so I was looking for the versatility this unit provided: large rainfall shower head, shower wand, and spigot for when you don't need a shower and just want to fill a watering can; this product had it all. The unit is a solid performer and is as solid as it is fantastic looking. I've seen the same design/ unit from other brands and professional sites, for more than twice the price. At this point I couldn't be happier. My only concern is how the finish will perform over the years in the salty sea air. I would mention that if you're not super handy or comfortable with plumbing, hire a professional. It's not difficult to install but it's also not idiot-proof.

Let me first start off by saying that this seller-hands down- has to have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever received when making an online purchase! There was a small issue and it was resolved in the shortest time possible! The seller followed up with me to make sure that they had sent out the correct part and that it was everything that we needed to have a successful install!!!!! Next, let me tell you how BEAUTIFUL this shower system is in person!! We are in love with how our walk in shower faucets came out! I would buy from this seller anytime, in fact, I just placed another order for another sink faucet for my laundry room. The customer service is so amazing that it literally made me want to buy from them immediately when I hung up the phone with the customer service representative. To elaborate on their customer service, We were missing a small part out of the box when we went to install the 2 shower systems. I contacted the seller on Amazon and just simply told (and showed them a picture) of the part missing. I received a response almost immediately. Within a day or so, I got another email stating that they were going to resolve the issue. I was impressed at the response. Within 1 week I had the part in at my home. The next day I had emails from the seller asking if we received the part, if it was what we needed, if it was everything we needed etc. I didn’t see the emails immediately. The next day I received a phone call from the seller wanting to make sure that the part worked and making sure that we were 100% satisfied. I was SHOCKED!!! No one ever cares like this!! It has been the best customer service i have ever received. Again, I would buy from this seller ANYTIME!! Thank you all again!!

Really beautiful. This listing isn't everything you need. You will need an adapter and if you have people over 5'9 in your household the extension pipe. I did find it annoying that everything wasn't packaged together so I received everything in separate shipments. The extension took the longest. My biggest gripes so far are that it tends to hold water after it's shut off and then suddenly it will dump it making sudden loud noise. The extension makes it very difficult for it to be straight. It needs a second wall support to be totally straight which isn't something you can order. Ours looks slightly crooked because of this. Aside from those two issues I'm really pleased with this product. It does mark up easily so always clean it with something gentle. I don't expect it to last for years and years to come before it looks banged up, but it should last me until I'm ready to Shell out the grand for a name brand fixture in the same style. Edit: After a little less than a year the hose on the hand set became chipped. I took them up on the lifetime guarantee to get a replacement. Wrong replacement hose was sent and customer service just told me it looks fine 🙄 it doesn't fit in the clip and I can't get the hand set back out of the weird hose they sent. It's basically ruined since it needs a new hose and handset that they apparently can't provide. Now I just have a hose and handset laying in the bottom of my tub with no way to mount it. What a mess. Not worth it. I was hoping this amazing customer service would come through but they could care less they sent the wrong hose. Also all the water marks in my pictures are about as clean as I can get it. It has aged badly especially where the exposed threads are for the extension poll. I also find it annoying that after reading other reviews I paid for all these extra parts while a lot of other people got them for free. As least I didn't pay for the pleasure of this hose that makes the whole thing just messy. I would pay for the proper one that actually fits though just so everything isn't a total loss.

Update: In an effort to make things right, the company reached out to me and sent me two new pair of brass adapters, citing that the quality of the adapters which rusted was due to "the technical department" updating the product in November. A month after I'd ordered mine. In agreement with receiving the brand new brass adapters, I agreed to take down the photos of the rusted adapters. It seemed fair. They were very helpful. All the same, If you ordered your shower kit back or before Oct of 2019, please take a look at your adapters and make sure there isn't rust. That being said, it works as a shower otherwise. It might be on the short side. If you're taller than 5'5", it is a good idea to get an extender. With the extender added, my husband and I use it often and enjoy it. In an effort to remain transparent, though, here is my original review: Well, its a pretty looking product. However. Tales these reviewers tell of the leakiness of this product is true. At least for me. And no amount of Teflon tape could fix it. And we noticed as we tried to fix the leak for the hundredth time that the adapters where the water comes in is rusted. Rusted!! Both inside and out. That's disgusting. Cheap parts that need to be fixed in the aftermath or wholly replaced. This was a waste of money.

Purchased this fixture for an outdoor shower on our terrace. For the price, we couldn’t be happier. It was very easy to assemble and easy to install (with assistance of a plumber, since we had to put in some new lines). The quality seems good, especially for the price. We will see how it holds up after being exposed to the elements in the Northeast (a nice feature of this exposed design is also how easy it is to remove the whole assembly for winter, if desired). Having the 3 different water options (overhead, spray wand, and tub) makes it a versatile fixture. Wand is useful for washing dog or spraying feet. Tub spout is fun for kids to fill buckets. And the overhead is a very nice rainfall design. The water pressure in the system is fine - we have strong pressure in our building and it is reduced somewhat by the fixture, but it is still a very pleasant experience. The one thing that really stands out here is customer service- they were EXTREMELY responsive to my questions prior to purchase, during install, and also helped me get a replacement part. That seems rare to find these days, and counts a lot for me. Recommended!
