Animal Friends of Pica Pau 2: Gather All 20 Original Amigurumi Characters

I've been following Yan Schenkel (PicaPau) on Instagram for over five years, and I've bought her books in digital format. However, I really want to expand my craft library with physical books, and I love this one. The book comes with a soft cover and allows you to crochet her creatures even if you are a beginner. The first chapters of the book guide you through materials and the stitches step by step that you'll need to crochet amigurumis. Each pattern is well-explained with many photos that help you see how your amigurumi should look. The book has beautiful images that can inspire you and is a good deal for the price. Individual patterns usually cost between 5-8 USD, depending on the designer. Beautiful, easy to follow, distinct and very well written. Adorable friends to crochet 🧶. Interesting animals from the usual dog and cats. I love the colors this designer chooses. You'll want all three books she has written.

This book has cute patterns. They are a bit advanced in some respects. If you are willing to try they are doable. I have made 2 of them and have a couple more to try. Beautiful illustrations.

You need this book, and you need to make the lamb in chenille! I love all three of these books, but by far my favorite so far has been the lamb, which I made huge in bernat blanket yarn! I do not work in a spiral, but like to fasten off each row, so I had to adjust a few stitches in the body to keep it from twisting, but it was a simple adjustment. Patterns are easy to follow and turn out beautifully!

Loved the book! The colors, photography is amazing. I like easy step by step instructions with lots of pictures. I also appreciate that there are patterns for different skill levels, rated from 1 to 3 stars. Honestly, it is wonderful to see a handmade toy appear before my very eyes when it is finished, toys make my heart very happy.

I have done three of the patterns so far and each one has come together so well. (I've done the elephant, duck, and lobster). The instructions are clear and concise. There are a lot of photos as well. And they are all so adorable. My plan is to make every animal in this book and then buy the other versions of the book and make those too.

The beginning of the book explains the stitches you’ll need to do in the patterns. The designs are cute and fun. I look forward to making them all

Sono stupendi, le spiegazioni sono accurate e comprensibilissime, le foto sono davvero utili e il libro davvero ben curato nei dettagli. Cosa aspetti?
