Hi, please help! I have tried to set new password according to instructions, set it at 00000 (original password) turned know to the right but no luck

Don't worry, if you forget your code yu can simply snap the lock with your hands. An excellent feature to unlock quickly, not so good if someone wants to steal your bike. Do NOT buy this lock.

Is this lock bolt cropper proof?

It will not even withstand someone snapping it with their hands. See video in german review

I am afraid that your first mistake was buying the lock. If it is stuck shut you can snap it open with your hands. See the video in the german reviews for how to do this. It is how my bike got stolen. This lock is not good value when your bike gets nicked.
