No is not the same, if you want a really nice blonde I suggest you to by any of the Special Blonde dye you can choose between pastel and ashes blonde

Do you need a developer to mix with these hair dyes?

Hi yes you will need a peroxide as it will go really dark. I use peroxide 3, I only use it for my roots but if you do whole head it's the same amount of peroxide to hair dye.

JK Bate, No, it’s not ready to use as it is.You need to mix half of this product with 60 ml of WELLA WELLOXON PERFECT PEROXIDE DEVELOPER 12% 40VOL 1000ML. If your hair is to thin then you have to go for 20 vol instead of 40 volume of the developer. After you open the Koleston product please keep its package in dry storage or a safe place. Also don’t keep to long the product on your had. You should keep it no more than 20 minutes. It’s very pigmented. Read the instructions as well. Hopefully , I could help you with this.
