I use the chinstrap with my CPAP. I have tried many chinstraps over many years. And this one is the best I have tried. Works great and comfortable.

Didn’t work for some reason. It was hard to fit to my head & chin. It seems to be very sturdy, and that might have been why it was uncomfortable for me. I have a bipap machine that tells me when there is a leak or loss of pressure somewhere and every night I tried the chin strap I got a signal in the morning that there was a pressure leak. This means, most of the time, that my mouth came open and that’s where the pressure went. I tried many adjustments but the chin strap never worked.

It seems like good quality but I think I needed to get a bigger size. Since I'm overweight I have kind of a big double chin so the lower strap part is too tight over my neck. If you have a similar issue I'd suggest sizing up.

Doesn’t work as well as I expected. In order to work, I must tighten it uncomfortably tight. I used it for several months. I have bought others that were, “one size fits all,” that didn’t fit my large head, but this one truly fit.

Usually “buy again” means you get the same as last time. Sometimes the product changes, often for the worse. This was a pleasant surprise!! This second chinstrap is made of much better fabric than the previous one, sturdier and more comfortable. More importantly, they lengthened the amount of “hook” Velcro the top strap attaches to, so that now there is no long tail of unattached velcro. I just wish it was not made in China.

Maybe my head is too big, but I find this strap incredibly uncomfortable. I bought it because I thought the additional strap over the head might work better than my single-piece strap to keep it in place, but there are some definite issues. First, there is a stitched seam directly in the middle of the chin; after washing this is slightly less irritating. It is obvious this seam exists only to make it cheaper to produce and comfort was not considered. Second, it stinks; washing it a couple times seems to help mostly take care of that. Third, the adjustment strap seems far too long so my head is both too big and too small; either it is supposed to be worn so loosely that it wouldn’t hold up a leaf, or it is designed for people with a head like one of those weirdly shaped peanut M&Ms you always seem to get in a bag. Fourth, when worn properly the pressure pulls your jaw more backwards rather than upward and I don’t see how a size difference would change that. Tightening the strap or pulling the strap down below your chin does somewhat change the force to be more upward, but then the strap is still pulling itself back toward your neck like it is tired of you and just wants to help you go to sleep forever. You then think, “Maybe if I flip the mask and put the adjustment strap behind my head it will help”, and you would be wrong because the thing will just try to pull off your face. I truly regret this purchase, for me. Otherwise the construction seems fair-to-okay, and despite not liking it for myself, I would have rated it higher for others if it weren’t for the seam right down the middle of the chin.

Perfect fit. Able to sleep through the night without interruption. 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend. My mom is sleeping through the night without interruption. Her sleep monitor is all 😊😊😊😊😊 faces!

This product is useless. It doesn’t work. Even it doesn’t enhance air flow. Totally waste of money. And it doesn’t have any return policy as well. Totally thugged. I want to give negative star but it was not in the option.

Size chart says I need Large. No way to order L, just says fits all sizes. Received unit today, it is marked M, and it is too small for me. I will return it, because it is useless.
