HYUNDAI 1400W 30L 3-In-1 Wet and Dry Electric Vacuum Cleaner HEPA type Filtration 1400W, Industrial Vacuum Cleaner, 4.5m Cable & 19kpa Suction Power Carpet Upholstery Cleaner

Our 15 year old Panasonic vacuum gave up the ghost and we needed something to clean the house while we renovate. We took a chance as this seemed like a good deal - wet and dry options and for less than £100. Well. Wow. Just wow. It’s not as sexy as a Dyson, but we kind of love the form follows function design. DAMN it works well. The suction is enough to get paint flecks from under skirting boards. You have the option of getting bags for the inside - comes with 5 and you can get more… but the steel construction is so easy to clean, it works perfectly without. It’s light and easy to manoeuvre. If you’re super tall you may want to get an additional metal pipe extension but I’m 1.63m and it’s perfect to vacuum. Just so chuffed with this. Would have gotten one of these over any other vacuum out there… before this we owned a VAX one before (the purple one) and the plastic bits were very difficult to take apart. This thing is so simple and easy to open and close, like butter. Genuinely so highly recommended.

This thing could suck the skin off a golf ball! Dead happy. You never know how good these things are gonna be, but let my happiness save you your doubts, as this is a wicked bit of kit. I bought it primarily for vehicular use, but with the attachments it'd be great indoors too. Comes with a couple of huge dust bags but you can use it with just the filter if you prefer. The added socket for use with tools is a brilliant feature, but I'm yet to use it. Didn't think it was too loud either, I didn't need ear defenders so that's a plus. To conclude, do it, treat yoself and be as happy as I am right now!

Really awesome hoover but was not happy with how quick the wheels broke off it i literally have to carry it now and it is very heavy

Overall a good machine, the small brush is not good at all, the brush has to be held in order to used as it should be swivels freely not much use. Not tried the water suction yet, otherwise pleased with purchase.

One star as penalty for misleading information. First off, it does NOT have a tool for carpets. Mine only had the hard floor tool. You can't hoover a carpet with that floor tool. Next, the stated rubber seal is non existent. There is no seal in mine, between the metal body and the blue lid. Instructions are abysmal, in lettering so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read them, and the lack of detail means you have to guess. The switch has a ZERO position, I and II. Position II doesn't work. It's going back, because though it has good vacuum power, it is plagued by all the things that make it a bad design.

Good vacuum for the most part. Suction power is good. Build quality is cheaper than expected. Drum is fine and sturdy but the plastic wheels and base feel weak and flimsy. Weight is light and cord length a bit short at around 3-4m. First annoyance is the plastic hose. This hose is fixed in place and does not rotate around its housing. This is deeply frustrating as you're forced to either pull out the nozzle to straighten it or continue using it in an unnatural position. Second annoyance is the telescopic pole. I despise the adjustable ones as there is no support to them whatsoever. Eventually, they will break over time and constantly collapse. I've since bought a separate pole kit that is longer and non-adjusting (Henry pole kit - 32mm nozzle on this fits the Henry poles - but without the curved ventilated chamber). I've also bought an adjustable screw-in hoover head (Henry 32mm) with the metal plate underneath and this fits the second pole kit. The native head is ok but not flat enough or strong enough.

Not really happy with quality - not too powerful and short hose not comfortable to hover. Not what I expected ! I wish I can return it as not worth this money !

Issue with vacuum cutting out. Cannot contact support. Amazon app keeps going around in circles
