I am 6 ft tall. My thigh is 15.5". I have a34" inseam. Will these stay up on my tiny legs?

Thighs are slightly cone-shaped, thinner at the bottom and thicker on top. Because of this, no sock will ever stay forever if you're walking/moving around. They'll either slide or roll down. You'll need glue or garters. That being said, these socks are about as close as it gets! They're great.

How dothey ship? Is it visible through the container?

As far as I know, they do not ship in a visible container. They are most likely to be shipped by a plastic amazon bag (non-see through) with an addition clear plastic cover within said bag. However, if there is multiple items they may place it in a box all together.

I wear size 11 US women's shoes, and at 5'9" on the overweight side would these fit?

They would fit but probably wouldn’t be quite as high
