The photos are pretty accurate. The charger is around the same voltage as other chromebooks, but in the form of USB-C connection. As for the sd card(I think that's what you meant) it natively has a micro-sd port.

How many usb ports does it have and does it have hdmi port?

It has two regular usb ports and 2 usb c ports, but with a couple usb c > usb adapters, I would say up to 4 when you don't have to use the charger. It has no HDMI ports though.

Can this play DVD player?

Yeah, but the DVD player has to be connected usb. It doesn't have a disc drive inside the actual chromebook.
