Multi-Groove Fiberglass Fish Tape with Nylon Tip, 100-Foot

this worked very well for running a network cable through a wall from my front door into my garage. One suggestion is to get a string an tie it to the end of the fish tape, then tie the string onto the cable your pulling with half-hitch loops (taping the last half-hitch with duct tape ... works kind of like those finger torture thing you played with as a kid), it tightens around the cable as your pulling it.

This thing saved my bacon! Very well made and easy to use. Slides through duct and was able to re fish my pool light. Thought I was in trouble but this thing saved me.

Is a good tool

Does not damage other cable, like fiber, already in conduit. Use it to pull your jet line or mule tape through then use the jet line or mule tape to pull the cable.

This one is cheap and weak but the price is the same as the better version from Klein tools sold at HD or Lowes. The one you want comes with a grey line, not the orange line like this one. This one makes it difficult to push through sometimes since the tip catches easily and the line is too soft to push through by force. My father has the other version PN 56371 and it works much better. Buy the other one. You will thank me later.
