I love Premium Gold Whole Milled Flaxseed. The fine consistency is great for adding to smoothies, cereals and especially in baked goods. I use it in stews, breads, muffins...practically everything. Excellent source of fiber.

I bought this for my dogs health and we’re only on week one. So I feel it’s will take three to four weeks before I see some good results. It’s I’m finely milled and he’s had no problem, eating it in his food.

Mix it with a smoothie and call it a day.

I'm by no means an expert on Flax seeds but, these seem to be excellent to me. Besides being very good for heart health and other other benefits, they are well ground and very fresh. The aroma after opening the bag is pleasing to the nose. They have more than a hint of vanilla to me and I have to resist just taking a spoonful in the mouth. They are grown and packaged in the USA which is a huge plus for me since I support our own before any other. Very happy with my purchase. If your looking for Flax seeds then look no further than these!
