Ingredients
I can’t use this product as it has garlic powder in it. I am extremely allergic to garlic ,and this ingredient was not mentioned in the description. Granny manny .

It's from China.
Upon receiving the item, I am disappointed to learn that it is imported from China. I decided to return it not because of the quality of the product, on which I have no basis to comment but because of environmental reasons. I want to support local manufacturing companies as much as I can and am more than happy to pay a bit more for a similar product which is locally made. I would suggest that retailers should specify where the products are from so that we, consumers can make an informed choice before ordering them.

Good rice
This is not the rice high street sushi uses. However, it has its own merits. Texture is sticky and grains are big. It is delicious, once you try this normal rice such as: Basmati, jasmine and so on all feel bland. The texture is so strong: You can mix normal rice 30% and sushi rice 70%, and still get full taste of sushi rice. Try it if you want to savour this rice for longer time.

Great batter I managed to actually see results nice crispy chicken. Well worth the buy.

First time made tempura at home and ordered this one for a try. Very good quality. Mixed with the veg so good, after I put in the oil, the powder looked great and tasted crispy, softness.
