I am critical and I am very impressed with the quality at this price
My usual go-to outdoor pants an are usually TNF, 5.11 Tactical and recently Uniqlo(which are very similar in quality and price). Since I am in a winter climate mode I needed to add more to my wardrobe. I’ve seen these on Ali Express and the like and have been very curious about the quality and value. Must I say that I am very pleased with the quality and value of these. Not only did I receive these in quick manner but they were delivered straight to my door and onto my body immediately without even washing them first. Is that a bad thing? I don’t really think so but some hygiene experts may frown on my dastardly behavior. Day 3 of wearing without washing(I am not really a stinky guy) have proven these to be very comfortable and warm in 30F deg temps. No signs of rash or any unusual irritations from the straight-to-wear tactic. I’ve worn them doing work in the garage, riding the E-bike and waking the dog in light rain with zero complaints. They seem to be rugged and well made. SHELL and LINING: Outer shell is a type of polyester and is water repellent at least and durable. The knees seem to be a rip-stop nylon and confidence inspiring if I hit the deck on my bike or kneeling while doing work in the yard or garage. The fleece lining is very comfortable’ and warm using with boxer briefs and athletic socks. I haven’t used them with base layer pants but until it gets to single digit F temps, they may not be necessary. FIT: I am 5’9” 160lbs and have a 31” inseam. They fit almost perfectly and very much like pants I’ve bought before. The fit is expected as a MEDIUM and slightly long in the legs(again as expected). I just roll the waist a bit for the ideal length. I don’t even use the included belt yet. The legs are straight and slightly tapered and look pretty rad with my Nikes or boots either way. Waist of myself is 32” and perfect. Ive seen some comments about the drop crotch but when I roll the waist or not, I haven’t had a problem. They fit like any other MD or 32” Waisted pants. FEATURES: The pockets are standard issue. Two zippered fleece-lined hip pockets and a rear butt pocket hold my iPhone 14Pro with no issue. The zippered thigh pocket is small but perfect for your “medicinal” needs. It don’t need to be any larger, if it were you would over stuff it and make walking weird. I will be looking forward to regular use of these and may even purchase additional colors to match my moods. OVERALL: 8.5/10 Benboy, you done good!

Fantastic // Lightweight // Highly Functional
I was looking for a pant to wear in the brush or hiking that I could wear instead of shorts because of ticks. The good news: 1) MOST IMPORTANT - The pant fit me perfectly. I'm a 33"x30" (on a good week 32"waist) I feel like they'd fit between a 31-34 just fine. 2) I loved the cut - quite a fashionable taper. ( Some might not like that they are tighter than a lot of pants over a thick calf) It's perfect for tick protection as there isn't a bulky bottom of the pant to put socks over. but, that leads me to my next point. 3) The fabric stretch is amazing. They look both loose and and airy and skinny at the same time and have a substantial stretch to them. 4) great pocket situation - left me looking for more things I could carry 5) the belt was nothing special but totally workable to hang something light off of. (BYOBelt if you don't like it) 6) The fabric was just the very light weight I was looking for. I'm sure it would dry fast and be light to pack. 7) over all style and look nice. I would be comfortable to dress them up and wear them instead of nice jeans to a mid-level restaurant.....awww.. remember restaurants?? :'( maybe one day. but for now hiking chic Questionable points: 1) They are so light-weight that I'm concerned that over time the seams might not hold up although the stretch should help with that - TBD. But to be honest, if they lasted me a couple seasons - at the price point i'd buy again even if they got wrecked. 2) Would have been nice to have an extra layer of fabric on the knees. Like.... just add it. 3) while the fabric appears to be rip-stop design - seems like they might not be a great match for a patch of thorns. Anyway, I spent a lot of time comparing similar items presumably from China and seems like other items had legit fit problems. To quote one of my business heros - George Zimmerman of Men's Warehouse "you're gonna like the way you look" Just get em.

Warm and sturdy pants.
These pants are warm, but they are also snug. I'm not overweight and got slightly larger size than needed. They still limit my range of motion a little. I got them for caving - reinforced knees, warm... perfect! For caving they work great... a bit tight when climbing over large boulders, but they never feel like they are going to tear or stop stretching. The main pockets zip shut which is great on my type of adventures - keeps me from losing my car keys! I could like to have cargo pockets as well (on my wishlist!) - there is one tiny pocket above the right knee that would barely hold a stick of gum. Overall, the pants are warm and sturdy. I may try another size to see if I can get a little more wiggle room.

Very comfy & great quality; favorite outdoor pants for skinny & tall son
Comfortable, stretchy, warm, water resistant pant. Our skinny & tall 15 yrs old son uses pant for hiking, snowshoeing, spring/ autumn sailing and volunteer activities. Son LOVES these pants due to the cozy inside fleece and multiple pockets. Great quality & value: I have washed these pants many times and still look as if new. Make sure not to put them into the dryer! Will buy again when time comes.

NOT WATERPROOF
NOT WATERPROOF. They are somewhat water resistant, if you’re standing and water can roll off. I bought these for a trip to Iceland and wore them one time. We hiked up a Glacier and visited a waterfall. The good: 1) Windproof 2) Flexible 3) Warm) 4) True Size The Bad: 1) Not Water Proof 2) Provided Belt, basically useless, not supportive or durable. Good Overall pants, but if you’re buying to be Waterproof, you will be disappointed. One of my primary reasons to buy was waterproofing, these pants were no match to the mist from the waterfall, so not even a drenching. Was wet on the 2+ hours drive back to hotel. I will return due to the title saying waterproof. Even says WET-TEX on the pants

MVPs of my outdoor wardrobe
The BenBoy Men's Snow Ski Pants are a three-time winner for me over the past three years, and here's why they're unbeatable. Durability: These pants are built to last. I'm 5'10" and weigh around 170lbs, and they've held up through mountain hikes, camping trips, and fishing expeditions, still looking brand new. Sizing Consistency: Every time I order, they fit like they were tailor-made for my 5'10", 170lb frame. A rare find in outdoor gear and a game-changer for comfort. Functionality: The cargo design is both rugged and practical. I can carry everything I need without the hassle of an extra bag. Comfort: The fleece lining strikes the perfect balance, keeping me warm without the bulk. Ideal for chilly weather or mountain adventures. Note: While these pants excel in colder seasons, they might be too warm for hot weather. Keep them in your arsenal for fall, winter, and early spring adventures. In summary, these pants are the MVPs of my outdoor wardrobe. If you want durability, comfort, and practicality at a great price for colder seasons, look no further. Highly recommended! ⛰️🏕️👖

Great pants also flawed
I gave these 5 stars because I'm super impressed by these. There are serious issues tho so it's not truly 5 stars. That said for me they get the 5 because the do their main job remarkably well. They are warm. I mean real warm but somehow also not hot indoors. These are top tier pants in this regard. The issue is the zippers and possible stitching as other reviews show. I have no issue with stitching yet but I don't abuse em tho I do work in em every day. I mainly have em for riding to work tho on motorcycle and where I live that may mean 15 degree ride and even in sleet or rain. These pants keep me warm. I only wear thermals under them when it goes below 20 AND imma ride 50+ mph on my motorcycle. If I wasn't riding tho I'd be warm as can be in 15 degrees. I can't ignore the zipper issue tho. I bought two pairs. One pair I literally wear every day the other true zipper broke after 4 uses. And the zipper on the good pair is flimsy I just know to be careful. Same with pockets as a video I saw in a review showed. This happened to mine also.. you zip but they dont zip. You have to do it a cpl times to seal it. In the end if you are on a budget and need pants for real cold weather. These are it. If you're worried someone may see your Weiner because the zipper broke while hunting then these may not be for you
